I ordered food to go last night. The steaks were prepared improperly (ordered 1 medium and 1 medium rare and both were burnt and the meat was grey).
The appetizer had been sitting and was cold and inedible.
I paid $120 for dinner for my family and 2 of us could not eat the food we received.
Called and asked to speak to a manager and got placed on eternal hold.
My family and I are longtime fans of the Chili’s chain but our favorite Chili’s is this one in Rowlett! Service is always good and the staff t friendly! We love the takeout service as well… never disappoints! I’m craving a Margarita right now! 😀😳
This was a call in order that had three problems. First, It was hard to hear the server over the loud background noise being so close to the kitchen. Second, I asked for the "3 for me", secret burger,fries, chips and salsa, but wasn't asked for my drink.
Third, I ordered the Triple Dipper egg rolls, honey Chipotle boneless wings, sliders w bacon and mustard only. Upon arrival, I paid,received and checked my order. The sliders came with cheese that wasn't ordered so I waited...read full review
