Amazing restaurant! Food quality was perfect, food came out fast and it was a very clean environment! Especially the manager Lidia she gave us great customer service! Definitely coming back.

I’ve never been to Chiloso but if every location provides a service like Cristal’s, then I’ll always go to Chiloso. As someone that struggles with social anxiety, I hate asking for anything, but Cristal had no problem remaking my meal after changing my mind. She provided a professional yet familiar feeling type of service that should be the standard everywhere. Thank you Cristal!
