Cicis has been and probably always will be a great place for hang outs and gatherings. It combines a buffet with pizza, what more could you want? Oh yeah how about the ARCADE. Great place. Good service. Good food.

I only got take out some chicken wings. I ordered 5 lemon peppers and 5 garlic parmesan. The young man at the front counter was great, very polite, and helpful. The problem was I was told to give them 15 minutes and my wings would be ready. NOT TRUE !! It took will over 30 minutes, and once I got my wings, they were undercooked and not seasoned to either flavor. During my wait, the counter guy was cleaning and gave me a cup for a drink, but NO APOLOGY FOR THE LONG WAIT ?

This is hands down the best cici's location in the Rowlett / Garland / Rockwall area. Employees are attentive and customer service is top notch. Pizza is always fresh and hasn't sat up at the counter for 4 hours. They keep a nice steady pace of pizza flowing based on the customers coming in to eat it; this not only minimizes waste for cici's, but ensures pizza stays hot and fresh.Vegetarian options: You can customize your pizza to your heart's contentParking: Tons of parking due to this location being in a large plaza.Kid-friendliness: Games and kids everywhere.
To me it'd a daycare center not a fan anymore it's always crowded no matter what time it is or day. I'm just over it already ?. Plus they're gotten expensive for one person now I don't drink soda but my kids do they give u small cups after charging u alot for a buffet. We don't go anymore.Parking: Good luckKid-friendliness: To many kid's no matter what time you go. It's a daycare now just serving pizza ?.

I have waited for the order and was sitting in the store then 15 min later I asked my order. They told me what order and I understood they did not start the order. Ridiculous experience. Rude stuff as well.
The pizza is ok. The cheesesticks are really tasty, but quite greasy. They are fairly quick about getting out the pizza toppings you request. Be careful - others may eat it before you get to it! There weren't any onions on the salad bar, so I was disappointed with that. It seems that they don't come around collecting your dishes any longer. You must bring them to the disposal area yourself. Typical Cici's fare.

My husband and I were here tonight and immediately from the time we walked in, Drake (D-RAKE is what I nicknamed him. ?) was sooooo UH-MAZING to not only us, but every single person that walked in. He was fun, uplifting and just all around great vibes and energy.

I paid for 75 credits on the play card for the mini arcade area. my child wanted to play the bowling game. he used 5 credits to attempt to play it. It took his credits but didn't give him a ball to play the game. He was heartbroken. I was very irritated with losing 5 credits and having my son feel ripped off. I instructed him to play another game instead. When he tried, all the games said he had no balance remaining. I checked his card balance at the machine to verify he still had credits remaining. It said he had a Zero balance. We were completely robbed of all our credits. He never got to play anything we paid for.

Was there yesterday 12/13 Did not even enjoy my dinner had to leave because The night shift Employees are just a bunch of teenagers with no type of training . witness so many Shocking unsanitary conditions, There was this employee grabbing pizza with her hand no gloves or anything and eating out of the buffet area like nothing she could at least had use the spatula. also these other 2 young lady's getting pizza ready for the buffet talking screaming at each other putting all they're saliva on it yuck ? for me this restaurant was always one of the best and clean ones not anymore.
