This is hands down the best cici's location in the Rowlett / Garland / Rockwall area. Employees are attentive and customer service is top notch. Pizza is always fresh and hasn't sat up at the counter for 4 hours. To me it'd a daycare center not a fan anymore it's always crowded no matter what time it is or day. I'm just over it already ?. Plus they're gotten expensive for one person now I don't drink soda but my kids do they give u small cups after charging u alot for a buffet.
