“The food is always served fresh. The chicken for the chicken sandwiches is very well seasoned. The tots are delicious and salted just right. My husband enjoys the burgers and the fried pickles. And the play ground looks like something I would have enjoyed as a kid. We don’t come too often, but do enjoy when we do.“

“This is one of our favorite restaurants! We've never tried a dish we didn't like (the mushroom empanadas are uh-mazing!). The Real Deal margarita is delicious, as well. Although we've moved 45 minutes from here, we still make the drive to get our Urban Rio fix.

And if you get in the mood for a stone oven pizza, go two blocks north to Urban Crust! The rooftop bar, the 32° Bar, gives you great views of downtown Plano and the sunset.

“I came on the recommendation of a tiktok video for the roasted pork and I saw they had lunch specials (Mon-Fri before 3pm), so I got the chicken and broccoli. It comes with rice and soup. I got the fried rice and the hot and sour soup.

The roasted pork is sold by the lb, but I just got half a pound. What a delight! That crunch and flavor is delicious and it's good with or without the included sauce. They also have whole roasted duck, which is interesting to look at, as I've never seen a whole cooked duck hanging on a hook before. LOL.

They will see me again. I want to try some more things on the menu, but I will definitely be getting more of that roasted pork.“

“I was a little skeptic at first due to some of the reviews, but to my surprise the food was good but the service was not that great (I was totally Ignored by a Blonde waitress). I had a large beef Pho. The atmosphere was great, good memories from my trip to Vietnam. The first table was dirty and I had to move to a different table with no silverware. After being ignored by Karen, I had to get up to find a different table to get a fork and a spoon. I can’t complain about the price since unfortunately I am living with hillbilly’s here in Rockwall and would need to drive to Richardson for better tasting and better priced pho.“

“I have been here a few times for lunch food was always great and service was quick and friendly. I went last night to see a band. Man all I can say is wow. The outdoor band area is a great music venue. The band was awesome, the crowd had great energy. Was worried the service would be slow out there but they had plenty of help out there and everything was great. Outdoor area is open air but covered. They had plenty of fans and even heaters when it is cold. Will definitely be back in the future.“

But, that’s just fast food in general, and $20 here will get you considerably more food than spending the same $20 on a burger or chicken finger restaurant. Been going here for years and always fast and fresh, with generous portions.“

“This was my second time eating here. I’m eating my plant based foods so this is always a good option for that. I had a half pizza, though I can’t recall which one. The service was friendly and fast.

The place was nearly empty on a Thursday night. Not necessarily a bad thing but it left the place a little quiet and not quite as inviting as I recall form the previous visit.
