“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “We have visited Blaze Pizza Restaurant in Rowlett since our Blaze closed in Mesquite. Driving the extra miles is worth the effort.
We have had very positive experiences since our first visit. The manager, Aaron and his Staff are the BEST. They are kind, polite, fun and personable.
They greet each customer with a smile, respect, professionalism and courtesy. The food on the menu is very fresh, delicious, and always cooked to perfection. We have recommended this restaurant to our friends and neighbors.
We have ordered pizza at many restaurants over the years. However, Blaze Restaurant prepares and serves the BEST pizza in the DFW Metroplex. We highly recommend Blaze Pizza Restaurant.“

“Jewel is the most responsive, sweet, and amazing bartender I’ve had in a long long time, keeps my beer cold and fresh. She’s also very nice to look at which is a big plus! Come see her she’s there Tuesday through Thursdays until 6 pm“

“Top notch quality. Only issue is the overall cost...$17.50 for one bowl after I only added a single scoop of protein. That is my only reason for 4 stars. As you go down the customization options there's even a charge to split your order into 2 bowls. What?!“

“I absolutely love this restaurant! Every time I come the food is just as fresh and good as it was the time before.
The servers are so nice, helpful and happy. I love the décor and the restaurants lay out. It is just an overall joy to have lunch or dinner at this place.
On this visit, I brought a friend who had never been before. We ordered the stuffed avocados, which never disappoint, and the brisket enchiladas. The brisket was so tender you could cut it with a fork.

“Friend invited me out to eat here ordered the Trío enchiladas . They where delicious. Never Enjoyed a plate of enchiladas so much in my life. Friend ordered the parillada for 1 and when I tell that plate was full of meat. Overall food was full of flavor and we left our plates clean . Service was great waitress constantly checked and see if we needed anything. And the atmosphere was calm and inviting with hispanic music playing g in the background. “I have been here a few times for lunch food was always great and service was quick and friendly. I went last night to see a band. Man all I can say is wow. The outdoor band area is a great music venue. The band was awesome, the crowd had great energy. Was worried the service would be slow out there but they had plenty of help out there and everything was great. Outdoor area is open air but covered. They had plenty of fans and even heaters when it is cold. Will definitely be back in the future.“

We got some spring rolls and Vietnamese coffee and they were really good. Our waitresses Joy was helpful and had a cute smile on her face everytime she comes by to check on us. “Even just go for the lunch special here is major bang for the buck. Me being Chinese and ate all the Chinese restaurant all over. It's among the best Cantonese Chinese food. Price has always been more than reasonable and is very cheap for the higher quality food“

But, that’s just fast food in general, and $20 here will get you considerably more food than spending the same $20 on a burger or chicken finger restaurant. Been going here for years and always fast and fresh, with generous portions.“
