Kind and they allowed me to order five minutes til closing. I really appreciated it as it was a last minute run and most of everything had closed.

I attempted to call this location to speak with the manager, Robert, but was placed on hold for 10 minutes with no response from him. I ultimately had to visit the location in person. When I tried to address an issue with him, the conversation quickly turned into an unproductive back-and-forth about who was right—myself as the customer, or him as the manager. He kept inquiring for a reason just to justify his actions and inquired what he should say to his upper leadership.

So I advised that I had concerns about my food being cold and simply asked if it could be remade or refunded. Unfortunately, the manager disagreed and chose to dismiss the issue entirely, ignoring my concerns and returning to his duties with minimum support. He only offered a refund that was verbal but not done at the time and advised it would be 48 hours of a process.

I’m not sure what’s going on with the management at this location, but I would sincerely appreciate a follow-up from someone regarding the customer service I experienced. Also, give Robert VTO if he is that stressed out about his job.

I stopped by on Saturday and the man behind the counter was extremely kind and upbeat he said he was the new GM he even opened the boxes of pizza to make sure it was quality pizza.

If I could give a zero I would. I only get 30 minutes for lunch I go in stand at counter a few minutes then the guy tells me have you placed your order and I said no not yet I just want a order of bacon cheese puffs he then tells me oh no I’m not taking your order we are busy and are not taking anymore orders !!!! I’m 60 years old never been told at a restaurant that they cannot take an order because they are busy. It was just me trying to order…… wow !!! Won’t be back

Pizzas here were good. I don’t know who’s been making them lately but we’ve been getting raw pizzas. We got raw uncooked pizza dough for the second time.
