We had a late-night craving for a snack, but instead, we ended up with a late-night bug. 🥴 They had forgotten to include our fries in our order. So, we had to return to the drive-thru to inform them. When we finally got home, the fries were cold and soggy. I handed them off to my boyfriend to finish, but as he reached the very end, he discovered a bug! 🤮 To make matters worse, when I went back to get our refund, there was no one at the front to check us out. We had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge our presence. Given these unpleasant experiences, we will not be returning to this location. In the future, please ensure that you check your fries before serving them.

I’m a regular at this location, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed a breakfast order through the mobile app well before 10:30 AM, knowing the cutoff time for breakfast service. When I arrived shortly after 10:45 AM, I was told breakfast was no longer available.

The staff member I first spoke to was polite but couldn’t help me and went to get the manager. The manager was rude, dismissive, and refused to issue a refund or take any alternative order. Her tone was scolding and completely unacceptable.

I’ve never been treated this way at this location before, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

So as a REGULAR and also a Food Critic, I’ve shut down multiple Franchises and establishments over many things. We got two meals and both are messed up. No way to get a refund on the app if a mobile order? Yall seriously are horrible at doing a simple task, wait that’s why you people work at McDonalds. Forgot ketchup, forgot to take onions and pickles off and I screenshotted it where I put that for other accommodations but yall don’t bother to use your two or four eyes that yall got, God gave yall eyes so USE THEM. Once yall forgot to close the lid on my drink and spilled all over my arm and they said no refunds and didn’t bother to replace my drink. I’ll be in tomorrow to do an inspection for myself or we can have the health dept…wait already called got in touch with my contacts so yall will be graded here in the next week. Could be in a few minutes, few days hours. I want my refund please. I’m going to email corporate and I am pretty sure this one is a franchise like the other majority of them. Yall pissed off the wrong customer.
