Worst McDonald what so ever stealing my points. After I gave them my code and they refuse to use my code of course I have to wait 13 mins for a new code. The fry’s ever fresh always old. I would rather drive across the bridge to the one off Rowlett rd. Just horrible.

They are rude and think they can talk to you and kind of way. The whole company need the appropriate customer service training especially the manager with the red and black hair because her mouth is real slick and everybody’s not gone let her talk to them like she’s crazy. I will never come here again.

They messed up my order and while I was at the drive through and the manager had the worst attitude about it like it was my fault and spoke to me very disrespectful. Very disappointing as I was bringing food home for the family and he had to ruin it and just left it.

I ordered a happy meal for my little one here with plain honey. The order arrived with honey mustard, NO TOY and NO Napkins. I went to the Counter and said “I would like to talk to your Manager” 3 times and eventually he said he is the Manager. I started explaining about the Honey Mustard issue and immediately he started pulling out Honey Mustard’s as if he understood everything what I was trying to convey! Pathetic!! If you’re a McDonald’s GM I would appreciate it very much if you could educate your so called Manager the history of McDonalds and where this Chain started its journey because a lot of these people you’re hiring are just there to warm up your chairs and get a paystub.

Straws. Drinks get straws. We order alot (I know we shouldn't). But every dang time there's no straws! Cmon man. Help us out! Please!!!??? Everything else is almost always great. Just the straws...
