This may not be Southern Maid, but this neighborhood donut shop is just as good. There were many selections to choose from and everything was presented neatly. I love that they sell small kolaches, I went with the jalapeno one and it was so good. I also ordered a cinnamon twist and it was fresh and not overly sweet.I would totally come back whenever I am in the area.
First time here and our experience was just okay.Service - okay, felt very transactional. No greeting or small talk. Once we were done paying, the woman started doing something else and we awkwardly stood there before realizing our card checked out and we were good to go.Donuts - also okay. We got there close to 10 and they were out of many staples. Only 1 sugar left and 1 sprinkled donut (excluding shapes and cake donut). First time here and great overall experience. The woman behind the counter was kind and friendly. I love that they have savory items in addition to donuts. The kolaches were delicious and the spinach feta bistro was amazing. Donuts and donut holes were also very tasty. Looking forward to returning!
