I have been going here for years and lately for a few months now, every time I order a venti with no foam...I end up with the cup not being full and looks like the quantity of a grande and there is always foam. There are only 4 baristas there that make it with no foam and fill it up and shout out to them, they are so friendly and make us feel welcomed along with the cute little messages they write.
If I am paying 7 for a coffee then I expect my portion to be right and my venti to be a venti and not missing a third of the cup and can tell when I hold it too. I have spoken to the manager about it and yet it still keeps happening lately and very disappointed that I am and even when my son went there, are getting less then we paid for and that I ask for no foam and yet still have foam. Half the time I'm on my way to work so it makes it hard to say something or get it fixed when I am on a time limit to get to work. Overall the place is nice, friendly staff and clean and love the little messages. This has been one of the best locations I have been too and hope they can fix filling the cups up and reading the stickers all the way through.

The crew from September 9th, 2025 is HORRIBLE. I ordered a drink with cold foam+EXTRA cold foam, was charged for the cold foam, didn’t get the cold foam, sent it back. A splash of cold foam IS NOT extra cold foam, sent it back. They dumped the top quarter of the cup out, put in a splash of some sugar free cold foam junk, handed it back. So I’m stuck with an extra large cup that is three quarters full of nasty tasting coffee. And you guys ask for a tip BEFORE I get my product?

Special shoutout to the barista(s) who always writes cute messages on my cup and smiles! The one I’m thinking of in particular doesn’t take herself too seriously and is so refreshingly human and cheerful. She’s everything a coffee shop needs to have a warm cozy vibe and the drinks have been amazing ever since she started at this location.

Starbucks was always hit or miss for me until now. Now the drinks are consistently good and the vibes are so friendly. And I just wanted her to know she’s made the world a better place! I appreciate it :) When life brings you down, it’s the little things like that that make it a little brighter.

I’ve never had that many interactions with employees but this barista made the service and interaction experience more enjoyable. I was not able to catch his name but I remember seeing a letter A on his tag and he wore all black and was in the front counter taking orders. He informed me a lot about starbucks points so I definitely will be back and held a conversation. Wish I would’ve caught his name in the end 10/10

Horrible awful service, didn’t ask for a name then decided to hold the drink there for close to 15 min under a different name and didn’t offer to redo the drink. One of the worst star bucks I’ve ever been too, absolutely ridiculous. I got here at 10:24 and left at 10:55 waste of time

The over-night women from the store she didn’t want to take my order and the store close at 10 pm not at 9:25pm I went from the drive-thru and I talk to the speaker and she didn’t answer and I went to the window and I try to talk to her and she didn’t open de window to talk to me she just did sight language which I didn’t understand and she say with her lips is CLOSE and I try to talk and she didn’t even care and a was a family outside the store and she was making their order and not mine or pay attention to me to my order so I left this a bad servir from the over-night shift women ! I have never happen this to me before this the first time and is really sad and mad REALLY BAD SERVICE !!!!!!
