I stopped by this evening in hopes of a wrong drink made by the Target Starbucks being remedied since this store was down the street a couple miles and on my way home. When I pulled up to the speaker, I let them know I had gotten a drink at the Target Starbucks, but it was made incorrectly and was wondering if they could remake it for me. The lady at the speaker had told me “We’re not affiliated with the Starbucks inside of Target, so no we can’t.” I said never mind, and told them to have a good night. I was previously employed by Starbucks for 7 years and left this past April. For 3 of those years, I was a store manager. My team and I never turned down a drink remake, especially if it was from a surrounding store; including those inside a grocer. Why? Because it’s a great opportunity to make the moment right, and possibly earn a customer. You are doing something great for them in that moment and they will remember that. Maybe the partner that was at the speaker box this evening isn’t aware of how little instances like these can build up and impact the store, or maybe they are and don’t care. I’m hoping it’s not the latter.

Tbh I had a bad experience because one of the baristas (red hair tall) was on a mood and had an attitude. First I came in and stood by the register for a good 5 minutes, no one made eye contact and acknowledged me at all. Then she comes up and takes my order with this face the whole time, she was sooo unfriendly like im annoying her. i ask her if she is okay because im not sure if shes just being bitchy or if she's not okay, and she walked off. It is not that hard to do the job you are getting paid to do. I usually go to study and I love it there - but def people can ruin your experience

Tried again and sorry I did. Literally just dumb. Repeated order twice in drive through and she still got them wrong. It must be so complicated to punch in an order someone is verbalizing to you.
This one is def the worse of the two Rowlett locations. Short chubby guy with freckles wiped his nose with his hand in drive thru and then hands me a drink. I sanitized it, then realized it was wrong. I went inside set it down and said this is wrong. The reddish blonde headed girly rudely yells “sir I can’t touch that you have to throw it away” pretty funny right. I just let it go threw it away and sat there feeling uncomfortable and irritated while waiting for my drink a second time, inside this time.

Just a three for right now because I gave some 💰 money to Nate that I found. Nate hasn't been back to this Starbucks so that I can get my money back.
I am a U.S. Army veteran too and I have had many brain injuries to boot. I have left a message at the store and haven't heard anything back yet. I left him a message just before Thanksgiving and still have yet to hear anything back.
Please share this story so that I can use the money to visit my son, whom I haven't met yet

Went in to redeem my first Birthday drink. Spent my birthday alone as a lot of us do. The “auntie boss lady” at the front was the kindest soul ever. (Her title she told me with a big smile) She helped me with my first birthday drink order, told me since I was solo on my bday she could be my adopted auntie for the day 🥰 She was soooo kind and truly made my day. Thank you Auntie Boss Lady ❤️

30 min waiting for someone to handle my order that kept telling me to wait. Fine .::: got to the cashier. They couldn’t take a higher bill than 20$? Then they said they will. Then proceeded to look at the money for 20 damn minutes before asking me if it’s real. Then I time then check it. She held it to the light and couldn’t tell what real money was omg… it was the thing whatever it was with purple hair. And glasses. Definitely not coming back. I live behind here. I come 2x a day for the past few years. Not what I needed this afternoon.

Crowded! Nobody cares if you come in or go out. You don’t know if you are welcome or not. Where’s Starbucks value of customer relationship? I noticed that the seating area had dirt and crumbs on the seats and tables, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the floor appeared to be in need of cleaning, as there were several scattered items and debris that had not been attended to. As a frequent customer, I believe that a clean environment is essential for a pleasant experience, particularly in a place where many people come to relax or work.
