Morning's eating here are always perfect, the customer service was amazing and the staff were really friendly, attentive and made me feel comfortable when trying something new on the menu! The bread, veggies, and meats were extremely fresh just as the Subway slogan states and this Subway location has been my personal favorite for a while now! The way they clean after themselves and customers is what I think makes it all worth while, they make sure to keep the store clean and tidy. Cleanest Subway I've been to with amazing customer service!

First off customer service at this establishment was grade A, When I first walked in I was greeted by and young man and lady. As I ordered my meal they were polite and welcoming. By the end of them making my sandwich I felt comfortable enough to eat in and the food was delicious.

I took my babies here to enjoy some subway and the new guy they have there did our sandwiches amazingly good. I love the amounts he put on my sub he was not stingy and it was nice and neat and very presentable. He had wonderful customer service as well they should move him up.. I only want sandwiches from him from now on.. Thank you Deon !!

Do not eat here. As soon as I walked in, the employee was rude and dismissive. I mentioned I had a coupon, and that somehow upset the manager, even though I hadn’t even ordered anything yet. The attitude from both staff members was completely uncalled for. Based on this experience, I won’t be coming back.

This place had gnats and flys everywhere. The manager overcharged me for a sandwich then when I said something about it she tried to take the price down from $31 to $15. I only ordered 2 sandwiches 6” by the way. I would run from this place it’s not worth the trouble. I asked for the owner information she refused to give it to me which is expected giving that she overcharges everyone that comes in, if they’re not aware.

Never been to a subway that makes worse sandwiches. This location is staffed by young workers who don't speak English and can't get your order right. Expect your order to be wrong and them unable to fix it because they don't understand you. Never coming here again.

WORST place ever grasshoppers and ants everywhere as soon as I walked in. very unsanitary conditions , health hazard. went to get some sweet tea.. moldy. very rude customer service needs new management ASAP!!! need to get that place right !

When did this subway get so bad. Got 2 footlongs and the sandwich is pathetic. They're so stingy with the ingredients. There was hardly any meat or cheese, it's all bread! Believe it or not, there's lettuce onion and bell peppers in there too
Will not be returning to this location.

Worst Subway in Texas! The app never works for this location, the employees act like they don't wanna be there, always out of ingredients hours before close and can't make or get anymore. They never take any kind of coupons, ever. I'd leave a review on the food but I have never gotten that far. 4 times I've tried since I have moved out here. 3 orders of 50 dollars or more and 1 order close to 100 dollars, never even had a bite. Never again. I'll travel farther to avoid this location.

Worst subway in Dallas area. The employees are incompetent and disgusting. I saw one of them spit in someone’s food, that’s when I walked out. The other location is Rowlett is better this place needs to be shut down!!

The 2 young girls that waited on my husband & myself barely spoke, timid, slow & unfriendly. They barely talked to us & it was obvious they were new at their jobs & barely knew what they were doing. That is all managments fault. I ordered 2 cookies & were given the wrong 2 cookies. I guess I should have watched them instead of getting tea. The tea was bitter, so it's obviously the tea container hadn't been washed in a while. It should be washed EVERY TIME when making a new batch or the bitterness just gets worse over time. We've been going here for many years & it used to be the best location. We won't be going back for a while. The fault lies with management for poor training & not making sure these 2 young girls were trained right to be friendly, outgoing & ready to serve others. After watching them serve others while we ate, it was obvious they needed a bit more training. Shame on management for not preparing them better. 😕
