I pulled into the drive thru on a rainy Wednesday morning for 3 simple party tacos. The drive thru was prompt, courteous and accurate. My time in the drive thru was standard for a drive thru, not fast but also not a long wait. The simple party tacos? Absolutely fresh and delicious as a Taco could be. I was actually impressed with how delicious they were. Top notch fast food with a pleasant experience to boot!

This used to be my favorite taco bueno. The only fast food place that gives you the correct amount of salsa. The last three times my order has been wrong. It's really annoying when you have to start holding up the drive thru line to check your order.

Very poor food quality. Taco salad shell was stale and old. Beans on party burrito tasted old and burnt. Taco shells stale and old. Expensive food for trash quality. Not sure if it was even beef. Maybe from a sickly cow.
In short, this place is utterly inconsistent. I don't think it's worth the gamble. Denied service because they were too close to closing an hour away.
Missing food and drink items, poorly staffed so you get your food slowly and often incorrectly. Also, I know it's small, but you cannot pick up an online order in the drive thru like most places, BUT they have no signage to tell you until you are trapped 5 cars deep in a drive thru that you have to wait through to then walk inside and pick up your food, if you're lucky and it's ready.
This place used to have a 5 star rating for me, and it's no longer there, that's why this review has changed. It's been a series of situations that slowly declined over a period of time.
The family has voted to remove this option from our line up food at this point. Idk what this place is trying to accomplish. Unless it's poor service and inconsistent food, they are failing.
