The staff are tacky : don’t know how to talk to customers or make customers feel welcomed. Will not be back at this location. Suggestion for management : have staff learn basic customer service skills ( refer to Chick-fil-A and Costco)

It never fails when you order here they will make you go park in the area to wait for your order. Even the smallest of orders. The staff is rude and suck at customer service!!

Not a great experience at this location. Small order and they push everyone to wait in parking spots to show fast drive thru times on the clock. Then after waiting forever they bring out muplile orders. So I basically had to wait for mine plus 2 cars behind me. To make it worst I had to go in because 1 of 4 items were missing. I get it, not going to be perfect. But don't make me wait in a parking spot over 4 items and wait for enought food to being all out at once just to show corp fast drive thru times. Not cool.

Late night getting home ordered a burger and fries was told to park cause they were.making it fresh. It was the wrong burger and cold hard fries? Where was the fresh?!

Drive thru rep tried to charge me $3 for spicy chicken instead of parmesan chicken on caesar salad.
Then said she swiped my bar code for points and never did.
Kids these days are lazy, entitled and need to learn customer service skills if you chose to work in the industry!!
Only highlight was saying hello to Yaya, the manager, who knows me and has corrected issues in the past and made it right.
