To the manager/owner: your two employees are not safe working here. Tonight a group of adults came in cased the joint and rifled through one of the employees bags. Do better. They need support. The lady whose bag was searched had to wait on people and call the police. It took forever anyway to get our food because they were doing all the work of 4.

Went inside hoping to place a to go order. All three workers saw me, none said hi or it'll be a minute or anything at all. After 10 minutes of observing their painfully slow and totally apathetic so called service, I left. The Braums in Rockwall makes good burgers btw!

The food here is really not bad at all but customer service is terrible. They act like they’re mad at you for coming and whatever you do don’t change your order or tell them that they made a mistake.. fire is very rude. They don’t like answering any questions about the food or the order or the price or anything. Just order your food get it and go and to me that’s just ridiculous for them to be that hateful every single time you go through there I thought maybe they were just having a bad day the first time but it happens all the time every time we go there so it’s no one in particular. It’s pretty much everyone.

If I could rate in the negative, I would. I don’t know why I keep setting myself up for failure…I guess because I really be wanting to eat Wendy’s and this location is the closest but I’m so over this place. It needs a whole new look, staff & management. I mean 8 out of 10 it’s always something wrong with my order. Silly of me for not checking before driving away but NEVER again. How do you serve a burger with no meat? How do you served nuggets without frying them? The fries are never hot, but always old/stale and burnt …nothing is fresh about the food not even the frosty or cookies. When you know better you do better…. Me from here on out! But somebody definitely needs to upgrade this place asap . Dave has turned over in his grave a thousand times messing up and giving his daughter’s name a very bad look. Oh and the lemonade definitely needs revamping. I don’t know what the heck that was… Maybe they need to clean the machines or something but yeah, I’m done eating this fake, stale, cold & nasty food.
Corporate doesn’t care about anything except for the ones who are not complaining. Good grief! If the staff is not outside keeping company or taking a smoke break they are in the back not realizing they have a line of customers waiting for someone to take their orders. Moving on!!

The customer service here is very trash 🗑️ thrown the whole store away. They just don’t care all the way from the female mgr down to the cooks and cashiers definitely don’t know customer service and that’s a big problem.

The staff are tacky : don’t know how to talk to customers or make customers feel welcomed. Will not be back at this location. Suggestion for management : have staff learn basic customer service skills ( refer to Chick-fil-A and Costco)

It never fails when you order here they will make you go park in the area to wait for your order. Even the smallest of orders. The staff is rude and suck at customer service!!
