If want to wait in line for 20 min to receive cold food and then have the manager tell you she has young kids working who don’t know what they are doing
Then not even get offered a refund or replacement meal.

This is consistently the WORST Whataburger in the state. Tonight was no different. Shoddy service, cold food, took it back and when I got it, it was even colder than the first try. I went ahead and let them clean off the table. I would avoid this location at all cost.👎
