Placed an ASAP curbside pickup order; waited 25 minutes beyond the window; staff inside wanted nothing to do with me, and were actively talking shit in the back of the kitchen about me; recieved the order 30 minutes late, and it wasn’t even correct. Every person that pulled up in the drive thru while I was parked received their food and left before I had received mine.
I love whataburger food and stop weekly, but never again at this location.

I wish I could give the service of this place a zero. They are THE SLOWEST whataburger ever. I frequent this whataburger at night because it is right by my work and everytime I go I try to give them grace, but it only goes so far. Tonight for example, I placed a mobile order for pickup in store on the app. When I arrived at the store they had no one on front counter and the one woman who could see me made eye contact with me multiple times and gave out other people’s orders but never once asked me what I needed even though I was standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER. Why would you hire someone who is so incompetent? Another employee eventually arrived for her shift and was genuinely the only thing good about this godawful Whataburger, she was kind and eager to help us even though her stupid manager didn’t put her in the front. Come to find out they had my order sitting under their counter in the back for like 20 minutes because no one helped me until this employee arrived. I didn’t catch her name but she clocked onto her shift around 10:45 pm tonight (3/9/2025). She was African American and had glasses and multiple tattoos and she was incredibly helpful. Oh yeah, by the way whoever made my order made it wrong so now I have a cold sandwich that’s not even correct.

Everytime I try to give this Whataburger chances, the food gets worse and worse, fries are never fresh, they take their sweet time getting my order out. I came here not too long ago and they got an order out that was way after mine out first. Luckily one of the employees caught it and said something or else I doubt I would’ve had my food. Never eating here again until they get new employees and new management

This is by far the worst whataburger I’ve gone to. The past few times I’ve come here they are always messing up my order or forgetting something. Tonight they forget two items for my order, I went back inside to let them know and they proceeded to take their sweet time getting the chicken strips and fries they forgot. When I got the food the fries were stale and the chicken strips were not fresh. Making me wonder what was taking so long. Overall this whataburger location is not the best
