Could barely hear the kids taking our order. Spoke so quietly, and the music was so loud. The bathroom was HORRIBLE! The toilet seat was breaking off. Pee all over the ground. Zero toilet paper. It was so nasty. It was disgusting. They hadn't cleaned that bathroom in days! And someone is going to hurt themselves with the toilet seat. ??? I'll change my stars when they train their people to clean.

So dang loud, they couldn't hear orders. Charged us for multiple things we didn't order because they couldn't hear each other. Great food & I don't mind loud music, but they can't quite get the orders straight if they can't hear each other.

This is the secret Chiloso to get quick service at if you live in and around Rockwall.
Chiloso is such a smooth operation with employees that care. I have no clue how they get their people to care so much, but I once had a missing taco in my order and they felt bad so they gave me three more tacos for my trouble.
I also ordered take out on the app close to closing time and they stayed after close to hand me my food. I didn’t realize it was closing time and I feel badly for that mistake, but they didn’t berate me or anything for the oversight.
Top notch product with top notch people.
I would love to learn management and business operations from these folks.

The food is good. On to-go orders, getting all the extras you order (bella blanca, guac) is hit and miss. I’ve made a habit of checking my bag before I leave. The food is good, dine in can be a bit crowded.

Went in for lunch today. The staff was distracted and unfriendly. Waiting to order while the employees had conversations with each other and no acknowledgment we were there. I asked for the manager after getting our food and he started to argue with me when I told him the beans and Queso were cold. The restaurant was unclean. Napkins and food all over the floor. The restaurant was basically empty and there was a man mopping around our table almost the entire time we were trying to eat.

Chiloso has terrific food at fairly reasonable prices. If you don't like Mexican food on the spicier side, then it may not be for you. That said, we've never had anything we didn't love - the grilled avacado with chicken, street tacos, and nachos are all fabulous. The atmosphere for the Royse City store is a little loud but I can live with that for the delicious food!
