Love this place! It is rough ordering because of the noise at the counter, but staff is friendly & you figure it out. My fav is the grilled avocado! Everything has flavor!

I order a bowl for me and my son to share and was very frustrated he is small and doesn’t like queso so I asked if they could just throw me some on the side and I’ll just do it when I get home no big deal right . The lady that was making my bowl said no problem but when they went to charge me charged an extra 5$ for what should have already been on my food on top of the had there meat just sitting in the grease no grate on the bottom so I have the worlds oiliest bacon I just moved here and this was my favorite restaurant in forney now I don’t think I’ll be returning

This place is like Chipotle but with more options. There is also a bar. We didnt order any drinks. I had a salad with water. But I found the food to be really fresh and tasty. I thought the room was very similar to Chipotle kinda open, and plain and a little cold inside. But again, food was good.

Food was a 7/10. The tacos are overpriced at 6 dollars a taco to be a fast food spot. Most tacos spots in DFW average 2.50-3.25 per taco. They also need more meal options that include your rice and beans without up charge.

If you eat in the store and walk the staff through making your order, you will have amazing food. But if you order it for delivery, they will more than likely get your order very wrong. I am a very big fan of this restaurant and I eat there regularly, but I’m not sure they have ever completed an order for delivery correctly. I see after reading the reviews that many other customers have the same issue. This is very disappointing because Chiloso is my favorite restaurant, and I eat there at least 3-4 times per week. They just cannot get a simple order right when it comes to delivery.

Its actually confused by their current rating tbh. This place is so solid. The barbacoa was amazing the staff was super friendly and the drinks where great.
They may have had a slow start or some bad ops originally, i have no idea. Definitely a 5/5 and we will be coming back.
