My wife and I passed this location on our way out of town. We decided to stop while driving back home...and I'm so glad we did. I've always enjoyed the Chiloso chain not only for the good food and great service but they recongize veterans (I salute you for that!). This one actually had a real bar and we prefer bar service on most occassions. Cadon was very helpful with gettting our food order and Yoa had the perfect pour! My husband and I go here quite often. We always like to sit at the bar.. The service is always great and the food is delicious. We love our chips and salsa though , but for some reason every time we go here, the chips are always cold and stale. Definitely recommend Chiloso. The The only downside is I wish they would have fresher chips!

This is the secret Chiloso to get quick service at if you live in and around Rockwall.

Chiloso is such a smooth operation with employees that care. I have no clue how they get their people to care so much, but I once had a missing taco in my order and they felt bad so they gave me three more tacos for my trouble.

I also ordered take out on the app close to closing time and they stayed after close to hand me my food. I didn’t realize it was...
