Very first time and it didn’t disappoint

I had the worst food poisoning after consuming the baked pasta from here. I ubered the food. Would not recommend

I was in Royse City visiting my daughter and grandkids. We ordered delivery. I ordered two pizzas, garlic cheese bread and a chocolate chip cookie. It arrived exactly at the time they said it would. That is where the positive review ends. The pizza was cold, one of them looked like it had been run a few laps in a race car and the dessert was burnt! As much as I paid I expected a lot more

Great first-time experience at Palio’s Pizza in Royse City!

Located in the Walmart parking lot across from Murphy’s gas station, this spot is clean, cool (AC was on!), and had delicious, fresh, gourmet food—we enjoyed everything we ordered.

A couple of helpful notes for first-timers:
• The front entrance can be confusing. Like others, we went to the left door by mistake—the right has a short wall and the door looks like part of the nail salon. A standalone “Welcome” sign with arrow could help new customers find the right entrance more easily.
• The bathrooms were clean, but the women’s restroom door didn’t lock—not a huge issue but something to consider fixing, especially for parents with kids.

This location is more of a “order at the counter, then sit or take it to go” setup, so it’s helpful to know what you want before walking in to avoid slowing down the line.

Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back—next time we’ll come in a little more “pro” about it. 😉

First timer @ Palio's in Royse City. Ordered Molly's Pizza & a dinner salad online for pickup. When I arrived, my order was ready to go. The pizza & salad were both fresh & prepared as requested.

Order received sloppy the Gyro was under cooked pita very soggy the owner’s daughter was very rude first and last time eating here

I call this place palios pizza palace, with emphasis on the p pronunciation just to get on everyone's nerves. Also the pizzas are exquisite.

Would’ve been a 4 but there was some type of staple in my food.. took it back got looked at like i planted it.. no apology.. but offered to remake it..i didn’t have the energy to fuss. about the lack of empathy

Beaware this place is dirty they don’t keep it clean and they advertise selections they don’t have I asked for a crust that was on the menu and they said they didn’t have it I also ordered a large pizza paid for it and the son put the pizza in a medium box he said they ran out of large boxes I feel like I got cheated because I paid for a large but he made me a medium I don’t care for the sons that work there I don’t trust them at all the sons were nice in the begining when me and my family started going there but something happened and they acted like they never knew us when we came in to order our food this family is not to be trusted at all I don’t like the people who is running this location I’ve been to other locations this one is by far the worst keep your money.
