Palio's Pizza Cafe royse city

We absolutely love Palios’s, we love this sweet family owned restaurant and all of the people that work there! Pizza is always excellent and the service is always friendly and respectful. Thank you for cooking us dinner on a regular basis. The basil planted in the front, what a beautiful touch! Love the Moses family.

Hint was on a Saturday at 7pm not a soul inside. Order at counter which is ok but with 5 employees working how hard is it to provide table service. When they brought the pizza and food out. Didn't bring plates. Pointed to plates and said you can get plates over there. And silverware is back there. Pizza is well below average frozen food service ingredients just really not a good pizza. Funny thing is they have a sign for parties of 8 or more they add a tip of 18% but they provide zero service there is more service at a sonic burger than here. Dont tip you are not going to get service and really just dont go. Another comical thing is they call themselves a Pizza and Sports bar there is nothing there the constitutes a bar while they have a couple tvs they are all off. Another big hint to avoid the place is the two big planters in front of the doors have dead plants kind of like the restaurant, dead. Close the place so something with quality can move in.

Disrespectful management. will defend themselves even when they aren’t being accused of anything. Wouldn’t trust them at all Luigi’s in royse city is better that’s funny to lie even when I’m just a uber driver and haven’t ordered anything

We have been to a number of Palios and we like it a lot. This one has been terrible. Because it is the only one near us, we get our pizza here- otherwise it is a 45 min drive. We haven't had a good pizza once. Everyone is lackluster in flavor, sloppily made and really skimpy on toppings. We have to modify it once we get home to make them palatable. We have purchased 3 different times and they only get worse. The stars given are because people there are very friendly and accommodate my husband's celiac and my wheat allergy.

I absolutely love this spot! Healthy food or comfort food. I've had 0 complaints about the taste. The best Greek salad ever. Service is great and the atmosphere is welcoming. Always a speedy delivery of food.

Ordered food from Doordash for pick up. When we arrived, they said they never received the order. They were very rude and ignored us as we were trying to figure out what happened. We went ahead and canceled the order on Doordash and moved on. The customer service here is terrible and treating people like trash because there was a system malfunction is completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Go to Mona Lisa's in Fate. Better food there anyways.

Usually pick up pizza from here on my way to our land in fate. The pizza is always delicious and the service friendly and accommodating. I've never actually eaten in the restaurant, but I would - it looks clean and comfortable! Will definitely visit again. :)

Our networking group, The Local Business Blitz had an awesome experience at Palio’s in Royse City! Great food, friendly service, and you can really feel the family pride behind this place. The pizza and everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor.

Even better—getting to hear Will’s story of working his way up from dishwasher to owner makes you appreciate it that much more. This is what local business is all about.
