I'm giving 5 Stars to Jillian and how she handled the incompetencies of her crew. I ordered my meal online, over $40, to be handed a bag with cold, old food and no utensils or condiments. Unfortunately, there were others whose orders were also messed up. There were also people who had been there well before me, that had not been greeted nor their order taken. I watched as Jillian single handedly rectified orders and handled disgruntled customers one order at a time. She was very sincere and apologetic when she was interacting with the us customers, I wish she had a better team. Keep up the great work Jillian, you're AMAZING!

Came at 5pm Wed. No one in there thought closed. Then I know why 1, no shrimp 2, tiny kids fry for a grown man. I didn’t remember I ordered small combo I said regular 3 “the source are extra” really? And all I heard are blk employees chatting loudly back in there. I love Popeyes and this store just bad. DEI + hour pay really bad combo for customer service

The manager Jillian hooked me up. The kids on the evening shift made me wait, forgot half my food, and served me food that had been needing to be changed out. Jillian, who was on break when they served me, had no idea the kids pulled a okiedoke until I got there. She told me I can get whatever I want and immediately changed her tone and the direction the kids were going on the spot. I still love that chicken from Popeyes because she made things right.

Is it too much to ask to provide fresh and hot food. Surf and turf dry and luke warm. Did someone bring back the order that was horrible and you all decide to keep for resell. I never would have imagined Popeye’s biscuits would be so terrible. This was a pick up order. I’m hoping for better future restaurants.

Terrible service... been waiting at the counter for 20 minutes for a mobile order and haven't been acknowledged by Maria... they have a line out the door and no one is trying to help...
To the employee whose honesty in returning my wallet to me was very kind. I had left my wallet with a large amount of cash on the table in the dinning area one evening. I returned the following morning to see if it had been returned by chance. I approached the drive through window as the store was not opened yet. I knocked on the window and a young lady answered the drive window. I explained what had happened. Moments later, the lady which had waited on me the prior evening appeared holding my wallet and all of the cash was untouched. I immediately burst into tears as she had saved my vacation. My whole life was in this wallet. Please give this sweet angel of an employee my eternal thanks. I was thankful that God had put this lady in my path. I will never forget this ladies actions and honesty. If possible, please determine this person's identity and give her a big bear hug from my wife and I. I visited the store in mid August of this year. Thank you and God bless!

After requesting to have fresh chicken & a fresh apple dropped I did not get what I requested. I waited 30 min and once I got home I realized I was given the incorrect food & some of the chicken was old. I threw everything in trash! This is the 3rd and final time that I give this location my money.
