Got some drive thru and the biscuit had what appeared to be a plastic bristles in it. I don't know why they would be using a bristle brush near the biscuits.

Came in to use a “coupon” with code from the app for 25% 3 tender combo. Get to the Popeyes to use it and doors are locked to go inside. Head to drive thru to use code. Was told their system won’t allow them to use the code. Fine that’s ok, we order the food. We got the 3 piece spicy, was given regular. This is the 3rd time at this location given the wrong food, only this time I checked before we made it all the way home. Came back, long drive thru line tried to go inside again all chairs are up and doors are locked. Mind you is only 6:15pm. Waiting in a long drive thru line when this could’ve been resolved inside. Honestly this location is never good, every-time we come.

Old chicken again second time. They must cook their chicken the day before they serve it. Too much money for old hard cold chicken! I’d rather drive to Church’s Chicken from now on.

Refused to serve me a chicken sandwich 30 minutes before they closed, extremely lazy and unprofessional.
Potatoes were not mixed up and no gravy. Chicken was good, I would have took potatoes back but order took 45 minutes and I had open heart surgery and expected better from popeyes!!!
The menunin drive-thru for bone-in wings $6.99 for 6pc buy one get one free. Management said it's online only. That's false advertising.

The girl with blonde hair had outstanding customer service she was nice and greeted me with a smile as soon as I got to the window! She offer me condiments like honey, which was great since I often forget to ask for them. Food was fresh, hot, and tasty. In the past I’ve had problems with this exact location but I decided to give it another try glad I did, I see that you guys have gotten better with customer service, and employees. Will be coming back!😁

My family and I used to go to Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen quite frequently. The main ones we would frequent were two of them in Mesquite, TX. Then their customer service and food quality would diminish. So much so, we just quit going all together. That had to have been over 15 years ago. Then today, my wife and son and I was looking for something we don’t usually eat around us. They did put up a Popeyes near us in recent years. But as said above, we did not want to go. But after consideration we decided to go ahead and take gamble. Even though a couple of our favorites were no longer on the menu. Dirty rice and jambalaya was gone. My wife and I decided what we wanted and after a five minute discussion with our little, he decides on the garlic non spicy Parmesan boneless wings. My wife orders the chicken dippers and classic wrap. I get the 5 piece spicy strips and two sides (mash potatoes and Mac and cheese) I make the 25 minute drive to pick up our order. I tell the young lady the counter the pick up name and number. She turns around and then says they were out of garlic parmisan. Strike 1. So I called my wife and son and it was decided to just get them plain and my wife will just make the garlic parm herself. The young lady bags everything up and I make the trek home. Get all the way home and start dividing it up between the three of us. We open his box of boneless wings and look in. Well what do you know, they are not boneless. Strike 2. My son reluctantly says it ok and he will eat them. My wife prepares the garlic parm sauce and coats them up. He takes a couple bites and he says “Daddy, these are spicy”. He eats two and says he’s full and can’t eat anymore. I looked at one he was eating and what do I find, SPICY. Strike 3. Most of the time, if something negative happens at a restaurant I will give it another try depending on how bad it was. But this time was three things all together. The main being my son having spicy instead of non. So my wife and I decided, another trip to Popeye’s will not be in the future for us. Hopefully you will have a better experience.

I came into the restaurant early evening. There were a couple of cars in drive up. One person waiting on food inside that he had ordered and paid for. He got his food. The vehicles in drive thru were being taken care of. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. During that time 4 other people came into the restaurant. I was never even acknowledged. Never even glanced at. I left.

Horrible… this Popeyes is by far the worst place ever hands down, horrible service, and terrible customer service. If you are paying your money and ask for fresh food regardless of the situation.. the food should be cooked fresh no questions asked. However this location serves old chicken, cold chicken, cold fries and this puts customers at risk for food poisoning. Whomever the GM is should really look into the entire team management included… My husband went there today and was told by the manager that they do not cook fresh chicken and told her associate next team tell customers that they will not do that and refunded my husband his money back horrible customer service… Popeyes do better.

Food gave me food poisoning. I do not recommend unless you’re craving uncooked chicken.
