The girl with blonde hair had outstanding customer service she was nice and greeted me with a smile as soon as I got to the window! She offer me condiments like honey, which was great since I often forget to ask for them. Food was fresh, hot, and tasty. In the past I’ve had problems with this exact location but I decided to give it another try glad I did, I see that you guys have gotten better with customer service, and employees. Will be coming back!😁

My family and I used to go to Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen quite frequently. The main ones we would frequent were two of them in Mesquite, TX. Then their customer service and food quality would diminish. So much so, we just quit going all together. That had to have been over 15 years ago. I'm giving 5 Stars to Jillian and how she handled the incompetencies of her crew. I ordered my meal online, over $40, to be handed a bag with cold, old food and no utensils or condiments. Unfortunately, there were others whose orders were also messed up. There were also people who had been there well before me, that had not been greeted nor their order taken.
