This is a solid Kroger that I've happily patronized for the past year or so. The store is clean and organized, and they usually have items that even Super Target (Firewheel) is lacking in terms of groceries or personal supplies. I've also been impressed with their selection of last-minute plants and flowers, because they've got such a large grocery and personal care section of the store that the plants section is a little bit smaller than I've seen in other places. What an annoying experience. I've tried 14 different carts, small and large, and all of them had a drag, and 8 made a loud noise. Dragging a cart as you are shopping becomes inconvenient as your load gets heavier. I will be shopping at Tom Thumb for some time until I give Kroget a second chance. Annoying!

The pharmacy constantly has issues filling prescriptions, whether it be prescriptions are not in stock, or they don't understand the drs notes (how does that even happen??!). There are constant delays in processing prescriptions for a variety of reasons. If you care about your health DO NOT USE KROGER PHARMACY!!!!
