“So, I have Olivia and Caitlyn with a C! Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I travel for work, and the moment I walked up, they weren't playing on their phones, they weren't joking around, it was all about business. These girls are the epitome of the kind of people you want working at your establishment. Customer service is top tier, beautiful smiles, funny laughter, make you feel welcome and make you feel like this is another piece of home away from home. I just moved back here after being gone for 6 years, and this kind of energy and vibe that I got from them at this location in Rowlett, is the reason that I love Rowlett and the reason I love Dallas so much. Whoever the owner is, you just sealed the deal on a lifetime customer. These girls are amazing, they definitely have the potential for management if they keep up with the same attitude, and I hope you recognize the talent that you have here, and either promote these girls, or notice the potential that you have working under your roof. I love the fined shaved and the variety of flavors.
I get the strawberry cheesecake, my wife gets the strawberries and cream, in law gets bomp pop and sister in law got the nerds.we all loved our flavors.
The sizes are deceivingly big so be careful!“
