I ate here every week for years. Certainly comfort food. However I am not a fan of the usual fries being changed to wavy fries. I’ll order mashed potatoes instead but half the time they are watery and sour which is really gross.

Manager Jessica was AMAZING! Her customer service was sooo appreciated especially because we had some issues with our order she was very understanding & professional! She heard my concerns & fixed the issue with no complaints! I just wanted to leave a 5 star rating ! She was crying pleasant

This is a great location for a quick bite they meet you with a smile on there face and I promise for almost every time unless they are busy that by time you get your drink filled up your order will be ready as well thank you Chicken Express for a great experience for hand picking the best employees for your establishment.
