Stopped right before closing for my last minute birthday dinner - traffic kept us from our original plans and I’m so glad! The brisket was maybe the BEST I’ve ever had. Melt in your mouth tender, great seasoning, and the crispy edges were my favorite. Yummmm! We’ll be back for sure!

Today was my third trip to Indian Creek smokehouse at the food truck park. The pork belly burnt ends are to die for. They are outstanding 10 stars. Also, I had the habanero slaw, which was delicious actually.
First time eating here. Customer service was excellent. My sister and I stopped to see what they had. Mr. Todd came out and introduced himself, he even gave us a chance to try the Brisket. It was delicious and not to mention the ribs were very juicy. I come back here again.

Very clean and with an excellent staff open to requests. The food was well prepared and presented. Very good BBQ sauce! Good selection of side dishes. Fast service. I couldn't ask for more.

Todd served up a great selection of meats for me to sample. Being a displaced Texan living in Georgia, his plate filled my comfort food void! Brisket was tender, ribs had just the right amount of seasoning. Pork belly burnt ends were just the right amount of sticky and sweet. Turkey, sausage, etc were all very good. If you find yourself nearby, this is highly recommended BBQ.

Just found the #1 BBQ in texas, tried a lil bit of everything and each meat and side dish were absolutely outstanding, the owner is very friendly and set down and talked with us about the food and other ideas he had for products etc. Great food great Atmosphere I'll be coming back much much more.

Part of the Food Truck experience in Northlake on FM 407, this place is amazing. The food was of the quality of 5-star BBQ restaurants with a variety of smoked meat options. The Burnt Ends are simply epic and the Turkey was incredible. Take out or dine outside this place is a must!

Made the most amazing brisket and sausage sandwich, that was so well put together. Meat was tender , juicy, artistically seasoned. And a huge helping of burnt ends, tasty and unique, very savory. A really filling and happy experience, wonderful place to have top tier bbq. Really appreciated a great place to eat a Texas staple.
