2nd stop to eat in week. Brisket is amazing and tender, the bark is soooo good. I got the sausage today, it's spicy with jalapenos and cheese, and smoked just right. The BBQ sauce is really good too. It's a food truck place and you eat at a picnic table. So when it gets Texas hot, you might melt, but get it to go! Todd the owner sat down with us and talked for a few and signed the cap we got last time. He's a great guy. This is a place you need to try!

Bit pricey but, young men running the place were very attentive to my needs. Ribs were good,links were good as well as the slaw. I’ll go back. The little red place next to them had the best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve had in years! Well, other than what I make at the house lol.

Great food truck bbq at hilltop food truck park in Northlake. Had the wet brisket plate & side order of dry rub ribs. Excellent! Also, great bbq sauce- Mac & cheese was very good. Would have given a5 stars but didn’t like the Cole slaw. Young man who took my order was very friendly! I will be back. Highly recommend!

Todd at Indian Creek makes some of the absolute best BBQ around! If you haven’t tried the burnt ends, there’s nothing else like them! Loaded baked potato with smoked turkey or brisket is enough for two to share, and our orders always include the jalepeno sausage, half-pound of ribs and side of Mac n cheese! Located at Hilltop Truck Park in Northlake, there’s always great ambiance and a bar as well!

Found this Food truck park in Northlake Tx & came across the Indian Creek Smokehouse Food truck because us Tx Boyz love our BBQ I had to give it a shot & man I tell you the Brisket was on point & Chessy Mac & Chesse ohh yuh let’s not forget the pie 🔥🔥 everything had great Flavor smokeyyy taste just how we do it in Tx Todd was a Cool guy & a Pitboss on the smoker if you want some real Tx BBQ come check them out

How ecstatic was I when my husband and I found this little gem at the Hilltop food trucks. The burnt ends were out of this world and the coleslaw was so unique and delicious. My hubby loved the trifecta sandwich which hit the spot! The service was wonderful and we will be frequent visitors here.
Stopped right before closing for my last minute birthday dinner - traffic kept us from our original plans and I’m so glad! The brisket was maybe the BEST I’ve ever had. Melt in your mouth tender, great seasoning, and the crispy edges were my favorite. Yummmm! We’ll be back for sure!

Today was my third trip to Indian Creek smokehouse at the food truck park. The pork belly burnt ends are to die for. They are outstanding 10 stars. Also, I had the habanero slaw, which was delicious actually.
First time eating here. Customer service was excellent. My sister and I stopped to see what they had. Mr. Todd came out and introduced himself, he even gave us a chance to try the Brisket. It was delicious and not to mention the ribs were very juicy. I come back here again.
