La Catrina Food Truck offers a great overall experience with delicious and savory food, including cabeza tacos, asada burrito, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and hirchata. The quality is very good, with the hot sauce being super good. The customer service is amazing, friendly, and quick, with the owner being an awesome, great guy who always greets customers with a smile and illustrates a high level of professionalism. Prices are best around, not expensive, with Taco Tuesday at $1.50, Burrito Wednesday at $8, and eat free on your birthday. The taco plate even includes a drink, and extra salsas are given for free. The tacos can run on the dry side, so a little salsa or hot sauce goes a long way. Overall, the place is a favorite spot in Saginaw for Mexican food, offering solid value for the area. Highly recommended.
