Hot and ready took 30-45! I understand not having any left but 30-45 mins is crazy! I think they forgot about our order because it wasn’t until my husband went to ask that they got it ready. Not only that the girl in the red dreads was so rude to my husband. Every time he asked her for something not once did she reply to him or acknowledge him. Terrible customer service. The whole point of hot and ready is for a fast pickup. We choose the place because I have a house full of kids and what was suppose to be a quick pickup ended up being way to long.

This has got to be the slowest little Caesars in the state of Texas! Placed an order online at 7:05 PM on a Thursday evening and they gave me an estimated pick up time of 7:38 PM, which I already thought was a long time for a weeknight, but at almost 8 PM, my order is still not ready!

Ordered online and the lady who delivered my order was deaf, so I couldn't communicate to her that the order was wrong. I called the manager and she said my food that was missing would be ready in 15 mins. My girlfriend went to the store and the manager told her she knew nothing about it. So ultimately I'm going to call corporate because this was unacceptable.

The Hispanic lady with a ponytail held her hand up to me when I asked her a question about my order and extremely rudely stated, "I'm putting an order together give me a minute!" Everyone in the store looked at each other in disbelief. I'll drive five minutes further to get better service. Being a restaurant manager, I would advise that someone replace the person dealing with the front counter, and if she is in management, I would make a quick change. This is going to affect your business. She's lucky I had my daughter with me.

This is by far the worst little Caesar’s pizza I’ve ever been to. It’s poorly run and never ever hot and ready pizza. Just went in and ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza had to wait 5 minutes for a cheese pizza but then they handed the cheese to wrong person so I couldn’t even get my cheese pizza for my picky niece who only eats cheese i just got another pepperoni because it wasn’t worth it to wait another 15 minutes for them to mess it up again. I love little Caesar’s pizza but this location and management is the worst
