we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
Walked in and never even acknowledged. Waited at the counter for 3 minutes, still never even spoken to... Not even a " be with you shortly" . Walked out with the lady still talking to the other employee or service man. Never said a word as I walked to the door.... I will be taking my business elsewhere, not that anyone here would even notice .
