Service and food was always good at this location. Today it was the worst. Service was ok but not that great. Food was aweful. That burger was dead and fricking thee worst in a long time. I mean bad. Salads lacked for sure and I confirmed the order 2x before I left and the fries were NOT there. Really? How do you confirm twice and not there. Do you look. Apparently not!
I’m so tired of less than service at other places but did not expect it at my Wendy’s go to. Ugh!...

I do a lot of reviews, but rarely on a fast food establishment. I have to say that Vanessa was beyond delightful. She has a great personality and a heart for serving others and it shows. My order was small and insignificant, but she really gave great service and I hope her employers will recognize her for that. The counter where you order and pick up food is a little cramped… but I do suggest you go here and look for Vanessa

Food was okay but dining in, service was crap. No one called a number our food sat there while no one said anything not a name, order number I was upset because the worker giggled when I asked well is that my food that has been sitting there... Manager heard and said nothing did nothing. Soda machine had no ice no straws I mean come on ... Someone do the restocking lol.
