Great winery in the North Texas Hill Countey
Unfortunately this beautiful vineyard was ruined by the most impersonal staff tending to our table. Never received a name, red curly hair, very cold, no personality, and no care for the patrons visiting. We loved many of the wines and wanted to purchase bottles, yet after she abruptly left our table she never returned for us to purchase. Revenue was lost due to the atmosphere. Arché Winery & Vineyard is a delightful destination offering a wonderful experience with delicious wines and chocolates. The staff provides excellent service, guiding visitors through an informative and enjoyable tasting. Despite being busy, they accommodate guests on the patio, which offers stunning views and heaters for comfort. The wine tasting is exceptional, complemented by an excellent charcuterie board and flavorful flatbread. Visitors praise the great ambiance, clean facilities, and knowledgeable staff who speak highly of other local attractions. While the wines are on the pricier side, the Cuvée and other red wines are particularly noteworthy. Though the chocolate offerings may be skipped, the winery is a must-see for its spectacular views, fantastic food, and fantastic staff.
