Barrow is like a community hub of Salado. Located on a creek and dog friendly, it's a great place to bring your family and pooch to cool off in the creek. There's always something going on that they're hosting: Live music, Yoga, fun runs, crafting activities, and (my personal favorite since I'm a vendor), the Salado Farmers Market every Saturday in summer. And I haven't even talked about their product: a large selection of unique craft beer too!
From the drinks, to the music, events and creek this place hits all the marks. We visited first time today and I'm so sad that we never came this way before! We've been in the area about 6 years and had i known this was here, we would have been regulars for a while. Its a wonderful spot with kids, their creek is awesome, clean and clear. Music was vibing, food trucks were trucking and the beer was flowing. We had a great time.
Originally came here for a Bonsai Bar, but arrived early to have a few drinks. Bartender was very friendly and explained several of their brews. They had a good mix of lights, darks, seltzers, ciders, etc... Tried a few different and all were fresh and crisp. Nice place to have a beer as they have both inside and outside areas with many special events.
