The best Philly in Central Texas!! I highly recommend the Mango Habanaro add jalapeños and the Orginal Cheesesteak add jalapeños !! It is to die for!!! This guy is amazing at cooking and an amazing person!

Big Tony has you covered. You won't be disappointed. Hidden gem right off 35. If you're south bound don't bother stopping in West, you can make to Salado. If you're north bound stop before you cross the red river.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Cheese steak! Every time I go, I get the Mango Habanero. This time I ordered it over Fritos to keep the gluten at bay. Will be how I order it from now on. So so good.

I just had my first big Tony's cheese steak at the Robertson family farm. I have a million good things to say. they took the best bread from back east, combined with texas ribeye and fresh provolone. if you ever miss the taste of home or want to know what a true philly taste like check them out. to boot the truck couldn't be owned and operated by a better pair! I will be making the 30 minite drive each way weekly to grab a classic or a garlic parm cheesesteak do the same, you won't be sorry.

he has the best cheese steak in at least 200 miles. Everytime I stop by, I'm just blown away by how flavorful and delicious it is. They are so good that you want to eat more, Even though the sandwiches are more than big enough to fill you up, you just want more. You cannot find a sandwich better than that for the price, bar none!

As a NJ native, I have searched most of Central TX (from Waco to San Antonio) looking for a Cheesesteak that reminded me of the amazing sandwiches you get in and around Philly!
I was delighted with the sandwich. It was full, juicy, delicious and had all the fixings. Real cheese, not Whiz, and rolls from Philly!
In addition to taste, friendly and welcoming staff, that could probably sweet talk their way into charging you double the price, but that brings me to my final point.
$10-$12 per 8 inch sandwich is an unbelievable deal with the price of steak as it is!
All in all, I'm so happy I have a place to get some taste of home! Finally!
