First time getting orders from this location online. My app said ready by 6:35 but by 6:30 they were already ready! They put generous amount of toppings and it was just mouthful and delightful! It's located just next to I-35 and easy to access!
Twas a good purchase here!

This is my 3rd time stopping here as I drive down I35 over the last 18 months. It's always been very clean and service is fast. It is easy access to the interstate with multiple on-site dining options. We will continue to come here.

The churro was ROCK hard. I cannot believe they let me leave the store with it. When you are limited here on food in this town, you rarely go out to get anything.
It's cold and all I wanted was a sweet item with a sandwich. But hey..I'll stick it in my car and donate to a baseball league as a bat.

I just had one of the more ridiculous experiences of my life here this evening. My mom and I order from here at least 2-3 times a month. I always order through the app and have never had issues until tonight. I placed an order through the app like I usually do and about 5 minutes later, I got a phone call from someone there who just started talking at me and telling me that people don't come to pick up their mobile orders after they place them so they weren't going to make my order until I got there. I told her she could just cancel and refund my order because that defeats the purpose of a mobile order. She said, "well, people don't ever come get their orders and it's a lot of waste." I explained that the bottom line doesn't work that way. The restaurant still makes a profit if the order is already paid for and not picked up. She continued to be rude so I told her I would cancel my order and call tomorrow to speak to someone in charge because that's just silly. She rudely demanded I hang on and left me on the phone for about 5 more minutes. She came back and super sarcastically said "It'll be ready." I went to pick it up and said "I have a mobile order" and she rolled her eyes with arms crossed and said "...for?!" I told her my name and she shoved it to me. I told her that it might serve her well to check her attitude with customers on the phone. The most ridiculous thing. If I wanted to wait and watch someone make my food for 20 minutes, I'd order in the restaurant. Don't think I'll be going here again unless they do something about their rude employees.

I came into this place to have lunch, and the worker there was complaining about people walking in, me ordering 2 foot longs and she was very unprofessional. I will never spend my money here again, I would recommend the owner to get new employees..was very unprofessional.

The people working here were really nice and worked with us while we navigated our order while we were on a road trip trying to eat different than normal with picky kids. I had stuff on my teeth from a dental treatment that looked embarrassing when I got back in the car and they didn’t look at me oddly. They were very kind and when I saw the way I looked when I got in the car I was so embarrassed. Even without that, though, I think they were the friendliest Subway employees I’ve encountered in a long time.
