Great employees working their best to give you a great meal and time; the food is also the bomb!
Maybe treat all of your custoners with the same level of respect his? This is the second time we’ve been left waiting over 20 minutes without any service. We arrived with our hungry children and sat outside with menus in hand, but not a single staff member acknowledged us or even took a drink order. Our kids ended up thirsty, crying, and disappointed when we finally had to leave—especially since they were excited to stay and play. When I went inside to ask the hostess for help, a staff member walked by and said to her, “If she needs a server, I’ll be out there in a minute,” without even looking at me or speaking directly to me. I was never rude, only frustrated, but the lack of basic courtesy was really disheartening. At this point, I doubt we’ll be back, and I certainly can’t recommend this place. I’m not sure why my family keeps getting overlooked—whether it’s our skin tone, my haircut, or something else—but whatever the reason, it doesn’t feel good to be treated this way.
The quality of the food has gone downhill.

One of the best breakfast burritos, and biscuits and gravy I've ever had. Highly recommend, and ask for Austin, he is an excellent server.

We had such a great experience at The Shed in Salado! Our waitress, Lindsey, was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Even when there was a small hiccup with the pizza due to a machine error, she handled it with complete professionalism, apologetic, kind, and with outstanding customer service. Mistakes happen, but it’s the way they’re handled that makes all the difference, and Lindsey made sure our evening was still wonderful. We will absolutely be back!

It was a gloomy Sunday. The clouds were grey and all the restaurants near were closed. We were frustrated and hangry. The two most dangerous emotions. We came across this establishment and the sun shined on “The Shed”. We parked and were seated. It was quiet. Not an issue BUT we met our server. Our server seemed tired/ was not attentive. Maybe she was having a bad day if so I wish the best for her. Anyways we got our food and the food was very bland and basic. There was no ba-boom with the dishes. After eating I needed to use the restroom and found out the door doesn’t lock. I’m a very social person but in the bathroom privacy is sacred. We all left disappointed and yearning for what could’ve been. As we drove off we did not know if we would cross paths with The Shed again. Only time will tell.

My husband had a cheeseburger and fries, I had the grilled chicken tender salad. Both were well prepared with good flavor. Our waitress really hustled to take care of her tables.

Best burger between Waco and Austin! You gotta get your burger on their toasted sourdough buns. Truly 5 Star burgers and awesome service! Worth finding this place.

I had an excellent double cheese burger with bacon after a morning of golf and it hit the spot. The service was genuine and warm. I would definitely go back again. A must stop if you’re in town
