Not happy with the service of the order taker. He looked like he just got out of bed & didn't wash his face. This guy had no clue regarding sugar free drinks on the menu. No knowledge it seems of nothing!!! Not happy & I didn't order anything because at this point I was already upset with the whole situation.

I’ve never been a big coffee drinker — it’s just never been my thing. But after a few friends told me to try 7 Brew, I finally did, and honestly, best decision I’ve made in a while.
The drinks are amazing, but what really stands out is the crew. Rachel is always a delight super sweet and full of positive energy. She’s a total superstar and deserves a raise! Calista (one of the managers, I think) is always upbeat, friendly, and keeps everything running smooth and fast. JT is one of the few guys I’ve seen there, and he’s awesome, always smiling, dancing, and making everyone’s day better. And Rylee (pretty sure she’s the big boss) clearly runs a tight ship, because this location is always on point.
I’ve been coming here 3-4 times a week for the last two months, and every visit has been great. Drinks are consistent, service is incredible, and the vibe is unmatched.

The experience at 7 Brew is no longer the same. The coffee doesn't taste as rich as it used to, and the brewers seem less attentive than they used to. The personal connection that used to be there is now much more mechanical. I don't feel the love or care that goes into a drink. Every time I go, I feel like it might be the last time.
