Love everything about this place, ices are amazing and the employees are just as sweet as the ices! Yes it can be a little loud but that’s people having a good time at a great place, life is good and it’s nice to sit and relax around people who are happy. We went through drive through. Ordered our drinks we didn't hv to wait long at all. fast service. Our drinks were great.
Everything was great! The service was amazing especially one of the employees named Lucas. He helped me right away and made a great smoothie. Plus the lobby was squeaky clean!Parking: There was plenty of space.
I walked and ordered two 32,ozCherry & Cinnamon and Xtra Cinnamon.I Said when I was ordering,that I was thirsty.And as I waited I was brought a icy glass of water gratis.A very pleasant Bahama BucksVisit

Update below originalWorst experience with the staff I've ever had.In my family we call ourselfs Bratz when we treat ourselves. My husband made a joke saying we should call it Bahama Bratz because we order there all the time. Nothing negative just a conversation between my husband and I about us being bratz spoiling ourself to a nice snow. Then staff decided to make ugly jokes about it and proceeded to yell at me in the drive thru saying thanks for coming to Bahama Bratz while laughing at us being rude and disrespectful. I was about to drive away without my order but had already paid. It was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. This was our go to place but after this experience we are probably going to find somewhere else.UpdateI was contacted immediately and was apologized to by the owner and staff. The behavior that had happened was mentioned to the staff and corrected. Therefore changing my 1 ⭐ to 5.

This location and its staff are ALWAYS AMAZING AND KIND! Lol to the lady covering up her disrespectful and childish behavior by posting a worthless complaint. Next time, CP watch your mouth and who you call Bratz, referring to a company name and its young staff members. NO ONE buys how you tried covering it up with your worthless complaint. Horrible shaved ice paid 10.00 for 2 shaved ice and got just ice no flavor or color ? let the manager know they did nothing about it complain on line received a response I'm still waiting on his business card so I could let him know how they're location was doing and waiting on some free items from them to compensate my experience over a week ago so I'm assuming they forgot about what they said to me typical response will not go back and I hope people realize they are just paying for ice poor service all the way around
