The smoothies on old menu outside aren't updated to what's offered. The entire BR building was "updated", but old drive thru is still the same and not updated to what they carry. . And the prices are higher and scoops are smaller

We love the choices at Baskin-Robbins. Lots of ice cream choices, from a regular cone to fancy cones, prices vary as to how fancy. Even found a couple of no sugar added ice creams. A large selection of ice cream cakes and treats in the freezer section. Staff were fantastic.

Monday, September 18th, 8:20 pm. Me and my family just came here, and this employee was so rude. Her nametag said Avery; she was about 5 foot 3, dirty blonde, wore a pink visor with the BR logo. The top of the receipt said "Paula", which, correct me if I'm wrong, is the manager of the night. My mom asked politely for the shake sizes in ounces. She said that the sizes were small, medium and large. My mom asked again, still being polite, for the ounce size. She then said "okay, fine, and proceeded to walk away in a fast pace. She was extremely rude, and I hate to see the place me and my family love so much have employees like this. While waiting at the window, my dad commented on how they were standing around talking, while there were four cars behind us. Some of the people werent even wearing gloves, and one young man scratched the back of his head and continued to make icecream and such. Avery told us to have a great night, but she sounded very sarcastic instead of genuine. Definitely needs to fix their sanitary issues. Great ice cream, as per usual, and we'll definitely come back, but please take a look at these issues.
