This happens everytime we come here, want the fancy bowl or even the chocolate and they don't have because they "have to make it" so why not make it, so your customers can be happy? This place is run by lots of teenagers. Always

Monday, September 18th, 8:20 pm. Me and my family just came here, and this employee was so rude. Her nametag said Avery; she was about 5 foot 3, dirty blonde, wore a pink visor with the BR logo. The top of the receipt said "Paula", which, correct me if I'm wrong, is the manager of the night. My mom asked politely for the shake sizes in ounces. She said that the sizes were small, medium and large. My mom asked again, still being polite, for the ounce size. She then said "okay, fine, and proceeded to walk away in a fast pace. She was extremely rude, and I hate to see the place me and my family love so much have employees like this. While waiting at the window, my dad commented on how they were standing around talking, while there were four cars behind us. Some of the people werent even wearing gloves, and one young man scratched the back of his head and continued to make icecream and such. Avery told us to have a great night, but she sounded very sarcastic instead of genuine. Definitely needs to fix their sanitary issues. Great ice cream, as per usual, and we'll definitely come back, but please take a look at these issues.

I ordered the vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and it was subpar. I was expecting it to be more flavorful and creamy but it wasn’t. I also asked for extra sprinkles on my single scoop of ice cream and it looked like they barely put any on. I needed to ask for even more in a cup to actually make it extra sprinkles on my ice cream. The staff members were friendly.

I visit once or twice a month and the employees are always so welcoming, kind, and professional. Specifically I’ve noticed that the man named Anthony is SO friendly and polite!! I enjoy coming here and will keep visiting.

Great place to get ice cream and chill. They have a large covered patio if you want to enjoy outside while you eat your treat. It does overlook a busy parking lot but it does give you options. The place is clean and the ice cream attendants are friendly.

My fiancés family & I ate here on Friday night after dinner. The drive through line was longer than expected, so we went inside the store and ordered there. The store had a quite a few employees working, which helped to shorten the wait time. And the ice cream was delicious! I got the cookie dough for one scoop, and cake flavored ice cream for the other, topped with rainbow sprinkles. It was very good. My fiancé and her dad also enjoyed their dessert.

Decided to treat myself to a dessert and found myself at Baskin-Robbins. Even though they have a plethora of options, I thought I'd keep it simple. Service was phenomenal and the dessert satisfied my craving.
