Don’t go to this place if you want your food hot. Every single time I have been here food is not fresh and playroom is always filthy. Just disgusting, a new manager needs to come in and fire everyone. They need a whole new staff and a cleaning crew.

I come here often on my way to work. Usually get good service. However, they have replaced a very nice smiling counter person with a young lady who is grumpy!! Never smiled. Got angry when she had to correct a part of my order. She didn’t want to be here. That’s for sure. Slow to get food also. Never once did I hear a thank you from any of the staff to any of the customers.

5 of the last 5 times I have stopped by here I have gotten the driest, hardest, and coldest chicken sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. They take forever to get food out and when you get it, it’s terrible. I don’t know why I keep visiting this location, but today is my last.

Slow Burn Garage
Food was cold, employees were rude, and items were missing. Didn't have time or patience to go back to get my missing items so I opted to try and get compensated for my missing items through BK support. BK support is totally worthless they gave me a 20 point credit to my next meal (smallest redeemable item being 175 points and not even close to the same value) and would only allow one complaint per visit. Overall, BK has a terrible reputation and this location and BK support are a perfect example as to why.
