Ive had better BK in IRQ. This place always serving cold food. And they always have the bathroom locked so guests can not use it. I'm guessing so they dont have to clean it

So last night I ordered from Uber eats App .They had this new meal going on for Halloween .The Jack lantern,vampire bat nuggets ,fried mummy cheese st and ice cream.wgich was totally melted and serviced was bad .Didn't get the crown when I asked for it my ice cream was melted ,Food was cold due to the delivery driver decided she was going to make more stops Then she totally went to wrong house 11 when I was trying to wave her down and tell her she was at wrong house she just ignored me 😩
We go nearly every week and they are kind, fast and the food is always on point. Grateful for such good service all the time! We will be back.

Honestly, it's like some of the people hate their job. I don't know if it's not enough pay, their managers, or just tired of peopleing...but I dont appreciate being treated like nothing Everytime I'm there. No odu is friendly that I've ever encountered here. I honestly would never go if they didn't have cheesy tots or mozzarella fingers, I'd never go to either burger king in San Angelo. Idk, maybe they just treat me bad because I'm fat and ugly. Maybe other people have better experiences at the Burger kings in San Angelo... 😮💨

I'm so upset. I don't have 40.00 to waste. I'm not rich like the rest of San Angelo. So when I go get food for my family that's all I got. It's ok because I'm going to either get my food or I'm going to get my money. Don't play with my money my food or my family. Instead of up there playing around how about they do they're job. Called up there and the night manager didn't care at all no offer to fix my order or nothing. I promise it's not the last time they hear from me. If I gotta talk to every manager at that store I will.
