BK #2054 is by far the worst fast food experience of my life. We were #15. #16 got served. #17 got served. I asked about our order. In the search I was told “sorry, we gave your order to someone else”, “we are remaking your order”. We got our order. It was horrible. The bread was dry and stale. It was tough. The hamburger patties had no resemblance of “Flame Grilling”. It tasted freezer burnt. The complete experience was horrible. Burger King is off our restaurant list.

Save your money. The place is nasty and they mess up every order, never had a good experience here. They repeat the order to you and still make it wrong. They’re also rude, especially the male manager, at this location as others have pointed out.

Really burger king? I mean charging for ranch when we order something? I mean i could see if it was over the limit, but that's ridiculous....alot of us don't do ketchup.

I went with a family member around 1:20pm-ish to get 2 meals. We specifically asked for both burgers to have cheese with the exception of 1 not having tomatoes. We got to the window and my family member asked if we could split the payment to 2 cards and the manager got very rude yelling that we didn't say that over the headset. We just paid with 1 card in the end due to the horrible attitude over a simple thing. Got our food and neither burger had cheese and there were tomatoes on the one that wasn't supposed to have any. We will never be going back to this one. We'll stick to the one on Abe Street

Worst BK I've been to ...food was cold and thrown together..drink was watered down. Patty was old and dry....on all my sandwiches...never go back to this location and recommend y'all don't waste your time and money on this location..new management needed.

This is a really good Burger King, QOS is vastly better than others locally and the food was hot, fresh and delicious, dining area was spotless, kudos!!
I have been there mutliple times because I children like there fries. However, the prices have changed for the same meal depending on what time I go.

Cold fries, unfriendly order taker, yelling in kitchen using crude language during conversation with shift leader, derogatory talk about another employee loud enough to hear in the dining room. No thank you- won’t be back.
