Their kolaches are top notch. They boast about using 1/3 amount of yeast compared to other stores. I don’t quite taste the difference, but their products taste great so maybe that’s the difference. Staff were friendly and service was fast. Their prices are fair for the area. I tried a few donuts, but their kolaches are the star of the show. Overall if you want to grab a quick tasty breakfast then give Minie’s a chance.

I loved Minie’s and they were my go to donut shop until today! My husband and I stopped by this morning and saw some bugs in the donut display case. At first we thought ants. Well we were wrong. They were roaches. We put our drinks back in the cooler and walked out. Won’t be eating here.

Went in to grab a donut real fast and was met with great service. The man working the front desk was very nice and helpful, he even threw in a couple extra donut holes for me for free!
I read the reviews before coming here and it lived up to the hype. The owner is very nice, the food is delicious. I would like to add I’m not a huge donut person but I get a craving every once in a while. I noticed a sign that said they use 1/3 or 50% less yeast than other donuts. So if you want a slightly healthier option this is the place. The donuts don’t make you feel extremely bloated afterwards and they’re the perfect amount of sweet. Highly recommend will definitely be back.

Best Donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and Kolaches in San Angelo. They make cloud-like donuts. They are very soft and airy similar to Krispy Kreme. The Kolaches and Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches are flavorfullly seasoned and buttery.
