Carter’s knocked it out of the park making my daughter’s first birthday cake. The cakes turned out more beautiful than I was even expecting. So very happy with them and they tasted delicious. Very reasonably priced too for the work of art that goes into their cakes. Will use again.

I needed a cake for a birthday and even though the shop was closed and they were on vacation, they still replied to my messages. They were more than happy to answer all of my questions and asked for a reference picture for the cake. I found an image and sent it in, not knowing that they would completely recreate the image to perfection!!!!’ So completely amazed!!! Beautiful work and such wonderful people to make this day beyond my expectations. Will recommend over and over! Thank you Carter’s Sugar Shop.

I didn’t catch the name of the woman who helped me but I walked in needing a cake super last minute, and she decorated one for me so quick and it was perfect and delicious. I also grabbed a banana fosters cupcake and stickers at the front. All of the workers were so sweet and delightful.?

Best bakery around!! I needed to find some sugar free cupcakes for my dads birthday so I was calling around to different bakeries in the San angelo area and no one offers them.. So when I called Carters they informed me that they indeed make them fresh I was so excited. It was a last minuet order and they still managed to accommodate me, I was so thankful because I was ordering all the way from California. They had them delivered on my Dads birthday .. he was just over the Moon. Both of my parents couldn't believe they were sugar free.. THEY WERE DELICIOUS!!!! I just wanted to give the shop a huge thank you for such great customer service and for making these cupcakes so delicious..
