Asked for and was refused a side of Honey-butter for my breakfast biscuit. Neither the order take nor the manager could comprehend placing a couple spoon fulls of honey-butter into a small near thimble sized container. Their lack of customer service was shocking and the worst I’ve ever experienced at a Chick-Filet. Other locations have accommodated my request but they flat out refused. We will not return to this location.

I know it’s a cliche at this point , but the service was fantastic! I didn’t get his name. But he was taller, wearing a green shirt, glasses and beard on a Wed. He was so Nice, polite, attentive!!! Impression was made! Whatever his name is, please get him a raise! He is the definition of the “my pleasure” service.

Attention to detail is Great 😃👍🏾💯 I am satisfied 😀 I just moved here SAN ANTONIO TX. FOOD WAS FRESH AND SERVICE FROM PLACING MY ORDER TO THE TIME I FINISHED MY FOOD WAS AMAZING. Also this is the first location I have been to where some team member comes by asking if I needed anything?!!??! ❗❗ I loved that ❗💯😭❤️ made me feel special and I did not have to get up . I was here on my lunch break and this location is busy but I see why. Great job y'all. The restrooms were clean 🫧 also. Not like the rest of West TEXAS ❗🤣😭 IYKYK ❤️
