Fast and friendly service, as standard. This restaurant is clean and food tastes great! My chicken sandwich was hot and fresh as it arrived at my table. I asked for sauce and they gave me all I needed.

Honestly, I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A quite a bit being that it’s closest to me but every single time I order I get asked to pull forward and I’m there at least 10-15 minutes. This Chick-fil-A is the worst in terms of wait times and only has one single lane for drive-through which is ridiculous which is why the line is so backed up all the damn time. By the time you come here and go through the line and get your food you could’ve already been through the whole line and got your food faster at any of the other locations but here.

Bryant chicfila is not only the worst Chicfila in town but the worst that I have ever been to. I never thought i would have to wait 10-15 minutes at a Chicfila but At Bryant it is every time. Multiple times they have forgot my condiments or just out right completely got my meal wrong. The last several times I have gone they have not mixed my cherry berry lemonade at all or my girlfriend’s peppermint Iced coffee. Both drinks were awful when they are typically amazing at other chicfilas. This morning When I got my food brought to me There was no “Hi good morning” just a “here” and walked away,And it was a manager….I love chicfila and I eat there multiple times a week. I go there not only because the food and service are great, but because they are welcoming, loving people. At this chicfila it does not feel that way.This one is closest to my house, but I am now making an effort to go out of my way to elsewhere. I hope this gets fixed. Im not trying to be a karen but after 2 dozen or more visists and nothing has changed this is absolutely ridiculous.At the end of the day the standard is so High because chicfila is the best and that is why I go there.

I sat in the mobile thru for 18 minutes. No one came to let me know what was going on, or to at least have me park so the people behind me, who already received their order, could go ahead and leave. They were waiting on biscuits, which is totally fine... but not communicating to the customer is not OK. The phone call with the manager was even more unhelpful... Which I'm not even mad, but feel bad for the employees. It is clear they have not been trained properly, and that puts them in a bad position to deal with customers. They did offer me some free rewards... but then didnt proceed to take my info, lol. Anyway, almost 20 minutes in a restaurant fast or sit down with no communication is wild.

I was so excited for this location, but every time we have visited we have been disappointed. It does not meet the expectations of being fresh and having fast, friendly service. To be frank, the food is not good. Even though this location is more convenient, we find ourselves driving to the other locations to order.

Never had a bad experience at CFA before my stop at this location. Ordered a breakfast burrito and the tortilla had a weird taste, it was cold and the cheese was clumped up on one end of the burrito.

As for the drive thru service, lady was rolling her eyes and visibly annoyed because I asked to scan the app for points and use my phone for tap to pay. I guess that was an inconvenience.
