Never seem to be able to get all the order, or a correct order when ordering online. Missing food, wrong food. This time, supposed to be half regular, half spicy, was all regular, didn't have gravy even though I specifically asked and was told it was there, and didn't have one of my sides. It takes me 20 minutes to get there from my house, so not worth the 40 minutes round trip to get it corrected. They seal the bag so you can't easily check it's all there. Pretty much done with this one, even though it's the closest to my house.

Worst food I have ever had a chicken express. I guess call in and dri e in orders come first. I ordered 4 piece tenders and was told I would have to wait awhile because they had large orders. 2 guys carried 8 largebagsof chicken strips out the door or it looked like it. I see strips under the light. I got to chicken thighs and they were awful probably cooked at noon today. 1 roll short. But on the positive side she did bring me 2 fresh hot rolls. Not again. They need to take lessons from other locations

It was okay. My husband ordered the two piece chicken breast and drumstick. I ordered the I piece fish filet. My husband didn't his two piece . They said it would be 9 minutes. That wasn't very express. I had the fish , it was a big filet . The hushpuppies were very good. They were better than expected. My husband ended getting chicken tenders that had been sitting a while. We could see that they cooked a bunch of them . The server was nice . We weren't expressed with this place . We thought we would try it. I would've liked to give a better review but when you expect what you ordered. That's why I gave 3 stars . It was meh. I wish I could recommend them.

Needs a good scrubbing and food seems to be going downhill unlike the prices!
My roll was not done at all. The bottom part was so gushy. I asked for fresh food and it was not fresh. The girl in the window had an attitude.

Chicken was cold. Not sure how when it sits under a heat lamp. Little gravy in mashed potatoes. But the people are nice. They're professional if inexperienced. And the place is clean.

The name is ironic, considering there's nothing Express about the service rendered here... You will wait in this line at the drive through for at least 30 minutes after paying. And this is not an isolated incident, it is consistent every single time I stop by here.. And once you've already paid , they kind of have you by the balls and you're stuck there waiting.. I'm not usually the type to take the time to write a review. But I am so thoroughly displeased, and I have plenty of time while i'm sitting here in this line, so why not.. Update just got home opened the bag. And they gave me the wrong order. Probably like a $10 order. And I paid 25 and didn't even get what I paid for....

I was super disappointed that the chicken place was out of regular tenders and gravy at 3pm but the sweet guy at the window was super sweet and made it right. I didn’t he this name, he had glasses and he deserves a raise!!
