Walking in, completely dead for a lunch time. The cashier seemed as if her job was an inconvenience to her. I ordered the 4 tenders mac fries and corn nuggets, didnt get the mac and the tenders tasted as if they have been there for a bit. He ordered the 3 PC chicken dinner. He got 2 pieces. Of course they gave us our items we paid for...chicken express is not what it use to be.

Went thru drive thru about 9:40. Out of tea ( just dumped it) out of Mac & cheese, ok I can live with that but 2 staff looked at me like I was trying to get something for free when I asked for my drink (we didn't give it to you?). I get it when it's close to closing but ....

The food is always great but the young man that checked us out was very soft spoken and he was also more interested in his phone then paying attention to the customer. They also waited until the last minute to make rolls and had to wait almost 10mins just to get our 3 rolls. This place can do better.
