They skimp me on my food

Staff obviously going through training but the one worker who seemed more experienced rushed me through my order when I was the only person in line. I had my toddler with me and so couldn’t watch my food being made and of course I was shorted on everything. Asked for lots of lettuce and I got literally 7 pieces of lettuce. Only received 2 tortillas for the kids meal and I didn’t notice that because I was being rushed through the other half of my order while also trying to wrangle a toddler. Asked if the barbacoa was spicy because I had never had it and it was for my toddler and only got attitude from the worker. Drink area was gross, sugar spilled all over and trash littered throughout. Both chipotles in this town are sub par but this one is worse.

So I ordered food from base and a friend of mine went and picked it up. When you brought it back the amount of food was extremely skimmed and I'm guessing because they didn't have to look at a customer and was busy and it was convenient to throw a couple scoops in and send it on its way. Also the drink I ordered wasn't with my food. However, I called them and they said to come back in when I could and I did and the lady that I talked to definitely made it right. Gave me everything I paid for fresh in person and the bull was heaping. As a manager. She definitely did her part to fix the problem and she did it with respect and kindness. The foods seem to be much more fresh which stays consistent with everything. I've heard about that specific store. But being honest I have to say the initial experience. I was very displeased so there are mixed emotions on my personal experience.

Finally got off work late and drove all the way to this spot since it's always been my fave location. Walking in felt like being greeted by family! Huge shoutout to Monica—you can tell she's all about supporting her staff and making every customer feel special. After a long day, this was exactly the vibe I needed to end on a good note. If you actually want Chipotle, avoid this location at all costs and just go to the one on Sherwood Way. The employees here are unbelievably rude, overcharged me, and didn’t even give me the chicken I paid for. The service was awful from start to finish — they don’t care about customers at all. This place is a total waste of money and honestly one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had.

They did not have all their food options available at 7pm. There was no forks only spoons. The tables in the restaurant were filthy and none of the employees seemed to care we had to wipe our own table. The trash cans were overflowing until I pushed the trash down as hard as I could. The store was not busy, plenty of employees were standing around, looking at their cellphones, joking, laughing, etc. It is good to have fun at work but there is still a job to be done. Clearly management is absent or does not know how to manage.

One lady I interacted with was annoyed I came inside rather than the drive through. I am pretty sure I saw they made my food wrong and had to correct it, notice the sticker was taken off and put back on. Glad I came it or I wouldn’t have gotten the correct thing. The food itself is fine. Can’t tell if I got everything I asked for but not going back in to deal with the attitude.

Only reason why I rated 2 stars because the food was super cold.
The manager so super amazing with the customer service and reimbursement for the dissatisfaction of food. I just wish they would let customers know before ordering food 30-40 minutes before closing that food is no longer hot and ready to serve.
