One lady I interacted with was annoyed I came inside rather than the drive through. I am pretty sure I saw they made my food wrong and had to correct it, notice the sticker was taken off and put back on. Glad I came it or I wouldn’t have gotten the correct thing. The food itself is fine. Can’t tell if I got everything I asked for but not going back in to deal with the attitude.

Only reason why I rated 2 stars because the food was super cold.
The manager so super amazing with the customer service and reimbursement for the dissatisfaction of food. I just wish they would let customers know before ordering food 30-40 minutes before closing that food is no longer hot and ready to serve.

The people were very nice and polite but the store is atrocious. The drink area was nasty as well as the eating surfaces. The trash was overflowing and the floor was nasty. Even the windows had food on them. Do better Chipotle on Jackson.

I’ve been coming to the Chipotle on Knickerbocker in San Angelo for a while now, and they always do a great job. The food is fresh and flavorful every time—my go-to is the chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, and guac. The staff is friendly and they move fast, even when it’s busy. I appreciate how clean the place is too. It’s honestly one of my favorite spots in town when I want something quick but still tasty and filling.

Horrible service. Managers need retraining. Shouldn’t have to feel like I’m a burden when I walk in to get food. Even the managers don’t try to hide being annoyed on their face.

They Usually ALWAYS SHORT ME on the amount of servings. Went in there tonight at 10:20 PM they close at 11 PM Everything was put up. They were visibly upset that I came in. He asked what I wanted. I told him and not only was the food all really old but again I was shorted by a lot. I mean, if the food‘s gonna be old, at least hook me up not short me with old food. Plenty of time left in the hours of operation to still be running your services.

Always a pleasure when we go here. Food is fast and hot. Employees are friendly. They don't skip on the sauces. The meat is flavored and tender. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here twice this week, and both times a workers named Destiny was tasked to make the order by her managers. Instead, she sits at the tables inside eating various snacks. Both times, I come in asking for the order, the people actually working say “Destiny, did you make the order?” Her response (after she stops eating) is no each time.

There’s a girl who works here during lunch she is always super friendly, polite, and just makes the experience better every time. She’s not only great at her job, but you can tell she genuinely cares about giving good service. It’s refreshing to be helped by someone who smiles, keeps things moving fast, and still takes time to be kind. Definitely makes me want to come back more often!

if i could do 0 stars i would!!!! horrible customer service, walked in and a lady was making a burrito watching me wait and didn’t say ANYTHING no greeting or that they would be with me momentarily just made eye contact and walked away. while putting my bowl together the guy dropped lettuce on the counter picked it up and proceeded to put it in my bowl. also did not get DOUBLE chicken yet paid 16$.
