Got an order to go and was satisfied with the bowl and mediocre quantity but I also got a small bag of chips to use as scoops to eat with and they were the worst chips I've ever gotten at ANY Chipotle! Bag says made fresh daily but there is NO WAY! Every chip was super stale and some were impossible to even chew. They seemed like week old, bag open rawhide.

Semi Friendly Stop for RV’ers
If you can snag a spot in the busy HEB parking lot, it works for a rig. We had to do some maneuvering in our Class A but found three spaces open in the EV charging area against the curb at the back of the HEB lot. From there, it’s an easy walk to dine in or pick up your order — we picked up. We ordered the Sofritas burrito bowls, and our daughter chose chicken for hers. We were all blown away by how absolutely delicious and fresh everything was — from the bowls themselves to the fresh salsa, guacamole, and chips. Honestly, it was one of the best Chipotle meals we’ve ever had! Small-town convenience with decent RV access if you’re patient and position right, and a meal well worth the stop.

Everything was great. They didn't have the queso I love but it's not their fault. Clean establishment, I recommend.

I got the honey chicken. I was not prepared for how spicy it was. This was my second time ever eating here. I had some questions. No one behind me and the kids serving me were more worried about me hurrying up than anything.

I order through the chipotle lane and the service was fast. It was ready before the time. However when I went to eat my food the chicken was so dry and hard to eat. I also ended up getting very sick within a few moments after eating. It did not taste fresh at all. You pride your company on fresh ingredients but that is not the experience I received.

I really don’t understand why it’s so hard for them to get my order right. They can never get it right. So disappointing.
Early lunch was quiet and great, fresh ingredients.

Waited in line for 25 minutes and the portion size was way questionable for the price. On top of i got food poisoning. Probably from the roaches crawling everywhere.

Beef was tough and sinewy.
Chicken was burnt, grill looked dirty.
Dining tables needed to be wiped for next guest.
It was a scrumptious place to celebrate mother's Day in San Angelo!
When I pay extra for double meat, I expect double—not one regular scoop and a tiny bit extra. That’s not “double,” that’s just misleading.
This is the third time I’ve come here, and I kept thinking maybe it was just one employee having an off day. But it’s clear now—this is just how this location operates. I’ll be going to another Chipotle where they actually give you what you pay for. Not happy.
This Chipotle is far cleaner and has better customer service than the other one in San Angelo. We willingly drive further for this one to avoid the other. However, on my last three visits they burned the chicken. It's consistent enough at this point that I think it should be addressed. Completely destroyed the flavor.
