Church's Texas Chicken

Crystal was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed as a customer from the moment I walked in. She answered my questions enthusiastically and was very courteous. If ever in the area, I recommend you stop here for not only great food but fantastic service.

The guy at the windows was rude and in a hurry. Interrupted me several times and kept asking me if that's it. Tried telling me that I had all my orders when I didn't. Didn't give us any napkins, spoons, forks, or straws. The food was cold and stale, and you can tell had been sitting there for hours.

My husband placed an order for delivery as I am sick with the flu and he is out of town. 2 chicken tenders family meals and they forgot the gravy for both meals and then I noticed they forgot my biscuits as well. I’m extremely disappointed as in the whole reason of strips for us is for their gravy. If I wasn’t sick I would have just gone to the store myself and ordered. The person I spoke to said all she can do is replace my gravy at a later time. What in the world am I going to do with just gravy?! That just makes no sense to me.

I spent close to $100 dollars on a delivery meal, 16 piece dark meat with sides and 16 tenders too. I was surprised at how quickly I got the food but as soon as we began to eat it the reason gor the speed was evident. EVERYTHING was cold, even factoring in drive time! The okra was hard, it was so old, and the gravy was almost concealed! I am EXTREMELY disappointed! $100 dollars is a lot of money to pay for cold chicken!

As a life time customer I have always preferred Churches chicken because of it very delicious tasty chicken.
So I was looking forward to this visit because I don't live close to any Churches restaurants.
I actually planned out my visit because I had always had such pleasant experiences in the past.
I was so disappointed with my meal, the chicken was room temperature and very dry so was my biscuit and fries. Not to mention that it was flavorless not what I was expecting at all.
Customer service was decent but not very friendly could have been better.
I will not be returning to this restaurant solely on the flavorless food I received.

All was really bad service. I drove up the drive up menu placed order, then cashier said to pull up window she took the 40.58 charge then she said to pull up to the waiting parking. I did and waited for 30 minutes then a lady came out with a church’s Texas chicken tshirt so I asked if she was employed there she answered yes. I asked why my order was taking so long. She asked what the order was o showed her my receipt. She went in to check she took about 6-7 minutes came out with my order. I left when I got home I didn’t even get the complete order. Was missing part of tenders and gravy was two tables spoons in the container, all was really a bad meal. I am so disappointed on the employees they were not doing their job at all. Never going back

Fast service answered are questions, however the chicken was slightly burnt an the biscuits hardly had honey glaze. Will be back through because this was a first time thing everything is usually perfect

Food was horrible, the chicken was old, even though we had to wait about 15-20 min. They said they were out of alot of sides but didn't even get the ones that they had and we ordered. Will probably stay clear of this place for a while.

I have to say it was a pleasure seeing this restaurant. It was so clean and very friendly staff. The food was hot to order. Thank you so much for a great experience. I'll be visiting you again before I leave back home. Great job!!

I will never buy from this restaurant again. I ordered the Texas size grande meal with 8 pieces of chicken and 8 pieces of tenders. Didn’t get my tenders but I sure got tons of gravy for nothing. Luckily I ordered an extra 5 piece tender meal because the only reason I went there was because my grandson wanted tenders. I called and called and called and no one answered. There was also a piece of metal in one of the pieces of chicken. My husband almost pocked inside his mouth luckily he felt it in his mouth and spit it out right away. Extremely disappointed and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The food was great. Much better than KFC or Golden Chick. Tenders were just that!....not over cooked and crispy coating. Biscuits are very good with perfectly soft interior and crispy sweet honey crust.

I always give businesses the benefit of the doubt but the past 3 times they haven’t had chicken! Mind you it wasn’t busy when i went in. And apparently its also a daycare for employees children maybe they ought to tend to the kitchen instead! Most definitely needs improvement has been going downhill for months now
