I ordered over 50.00 worth of food they refused to take my money , I need smaller bills.... ok. I go break my bill and come back . They ask me to pull up. I do I wait 30 min they bring me the wrong order. I wait 10 more min. They come out and ask me a second time what i ordered. I tell them. They say they will have it right out. I ask how long. The young lady ignores me and walks off . I ask her again she says she just has to bag it up, it got knocked off her screen and I could come in and grab the order right from her. I'm inside still waiting.... lol ten more minutes... the employees weren't rude. The efficiency and sense of urgency at this location is non existent. Ig ill see if I get my food in 3 more minutes when the biscuits are done... smh

Was not pleased with my last visit ..had to leave to make change at 3pm because the store wouldn't break a 50. It's the middle of the day. Other than that the workers could've been a bit more pleasant also

It just seems like there is never any type of structure there. There's always people walking around wandering around aimlessly their uniforms are always frumpy. But the cashiers are always nice and it always takes a long time to get your food.

Online order was to be picked up at 9:15. It was instead given to the wrong customer. Was to told 5 minute wait the to remake. Didn't get my food until 10:10. Wasn't given any apologies, or attention to my order even after the fact. Ridiculous.

Service was terrible. I ordered 2pc dark combo, with mashed potatoes, drink, honey buttered biscuit, and I said a 2 pc white combo and the cashier charged me for a 3pc combo. Plus the mashed potatoes only had a tiny bit of gravy on them. What are you supposed to do with that? I had to ask for my drink cups. There was a lady being loud in the back. This restaurant is really dirty. The guy filling my order didn't know what he was doing, and my dead grandma could have filled that order faster than they did. I was not happy with my food at all. Chicken didn't look done all the way and I'm not getting sick from their food. I am really not happy and I will never eat there again. Y'all have went down hill. Y'all suck

I have been here many times and swore I would not come back but the chicken is good ! There is a blonde manager or supervisor that is extremely rude !! That's the reason I swore not to come back ...today (Thursday..May 8th 2025) after I get this order .. I WILL NOT be back !! A woman answered speaker asked me to wait (she said she was by herself) ..after waiting 15 min .. I said HELLO? She told me to pull up to window .. I did .. another car was pulled farther up so I got to window and was ignored (as she was busy) .. since i hadn't ordered or paid .. I would have driven off but the drive thru is up higher than the drive area I didn't want to mess up my car by driving off of it... when she finally came to take order .. I ordered and she threw head back and groaned in aggravation... said Ugh ! She returned my change and told me in a frustrated tone to go park at front and she would bring me the order .. another car was still in front of me and l wasn't going off the area I was at .. when the other car was served and moved .. I went to front ... another 20 min passed before I got my order .. she rudely apologized for time it took and walked away ... i have delt with her and her attitude when she had plenty of employees... she is naturally rude... if they cannot have enough employees to cover .. they shouldn't have opened until they did .. I should have reviewed this place more often only due to this manager .. good food / poor service by management

I was delivering DoorDash and they messed up the order twice, after waiting at least 20 minutes the first time and equally long or more the second time. They did fix it for the customer and I went back and redelivered it. I am giving them two stars instead of one because they fixed it without complaint both times on my end, but the customer said they were rude when she called.

Crystal was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed as a customer from the moment I walked in. She answered my questions enthusiastically and was very courteous. If ever in the area, I recommend you stop here for not only great food but fantastic service.

The guy at the windows was rude and in a hurry. Interrupted me several times and kept asking me if that's it. Tried telling me that I had all my orders when I didn't. Didn't give us any napkins, spoons, forks, or straws. The food was cold and stale, and you can tell had been sitting there for hours.

My husband placed an order for delivery as I am sick with the flu and he is out of town. 2 chicken tenders family meals and they forgot the gravy for both meals and then I noticed they forgot my biscuits as well. I’m extremely disappointed as in the whole reason of strips for us is for their gravy. If I wasn’t sick I would have just gone to the store myself and ordered. The person I spoke to said all she can do is replace my gravy at a later time. What in the world am I going to do with just gravy?! That just makes no sense to me.

I spent close to $100 dollars on a delivery meal, 16 piece dark meat with sides and 16 tenders too. I was surprised at how quickly I got the food but as soon as we began to eat it the reason gor the speed was evident. EVERYTHING was cold, even factoring in drive time! The okra was hard, it was so old, and the gravy was almost concealed! I am EXTREMELY disappointed! $100 dollars is a lot of money to pay for cold chicken!
