The BBQ Chicken Pizza is delicious; the Hawaiian, not so much.
It’s not that great the food is alright the service is okay not terrible but not good either. worked here 2 months ago they boost the rating with the mangers leaving reviews and the employees. work atmosphere was good till it wasn’t feels like a high school everybody talks about everybody if you’re above the age of 20 and aren’t a manger no point in getting a job here you’re better off running your own daycare and to anyone that wasn’t to eat here like I said it’s not great but it’s not terrible either it’s good if you’re in the area but I wouldn’t go outta my way to eat here

First of all the kid at the register said we needed a coupon for the $4.99 buffet and when I go to get the coupon on my phone he brings the manager out and she says they no longer take that coupon. She was so unprofessional and rude. The place is always a mess with hardly any clean seats or tables, the food is doughy or over done, the salad bar is always messy and you get ingredients you don't want in your salads. They changed their personal ordering pizzas and now they put it out with the rest of the food and when we went to get our food it was mostly gone because they didn't save it for us and they put it out with the regular food as we were walking up with the buzzer and when we asked about it she said to wait for another one or get something else. Totally horrible customer service skills from the manager as well as the whole crew. Will never eat this garbage again nor be treated with such distaste for customer service. And yes I have already complained on the website. But thanks anyway for the fake response!

Cicis in San Angelo is amazing!! The staff is always so attentive, kind and respectful. My custom pizzas are always made in a timely manner, the pizza is ALWAYS fresh & full of options (I've been to one where there was hardly any pizza out) and this is my favorite place to eat with the family because it's so affordable yet accommodates my children too with dessert & game room!Not to mention we will be ordering cicis pizza as our new option for bday party's and events with their PIEZILLAThank you cicisParking: Always spots available close by!Kid-friendliness: The game room is always a plus and high chairs are always clean and ready to go for us. We even once were cleaning the mess my 8month old son made on the floor and an employee came over and told us not to worry about it and he would clean it. So sweet and nice
