Ryan is the guy to go to for badass service everybody else besides Torri (excuse me if I misspelled your name) is pretty much stuck up

*p.s this is my experience. I've been going to this coffee shop for about 2 months now*

The coffee is excellent, but more uniquely, especially in San Angelo, the atmosphere is top notch. It gives big snow-capped cabin vibes. Booths are fairly private, and couches are comfortable leather. We will be returning

They have the friendliest baristas and they will go above and beyond to make sure they have your order right and make you feel comfortable. I would order a lemonade and have the barista choose different syrups to add and surprise me every time I came in. They even have a punch-card that credits the 10th drink as free. The atmosphere is so homey and inviting. They have plenty of nooks and couches to study in with free wifi. Additionally, it's attached to a clothing store that serves as a great break to studying. The fireplace gives off a cool ambient feel. Plenty of ASU students, military, and civilians flow through here, which makes for great socializing from different walks of life. It's a perfect spot to go hang out, meet friends, study, grab some food/drink, go on a date, or simply just leisurely read.

First visit to Cold Smoke was late morning on a Saturday. Most of the coffee carafes were empty & the coffee they did have, was weak & tasteless. Most of the staff were high school age & could have cared less that we were customers. This place is disappointing.

Food is disgusting. Microwaved and bland. Coffee is ok. The only thing it has going for itself is the atmosphere. Subpar to say the least.

I stumbled upon Cold Smoke San Angelo by chance and knew right away it would be the perfect spot to take my business partners. I'm so glad I went back! Stepping inside felt like walking onto a movie set. I love the rustic, almost cabin-like atmosphere—it’s cozy and inviting. Even my business partner, who's a true coffee snob, was impressed. As an introvert, I found the whole experience perfect.

I love the atmosphere here. The treats were so delicious. Our favorites were the raspberry white chocolate scone with a cream cheese type filling.
We also got a yummy cinnamon filled scone and two chocolate croissants.
I got a drunken moose iced coffee and my husband got the honey badger coffee. Both were really great !
The overall lighting and vibe of the shop was very relaxing. You aren’t squished with everyone and there’s plenty of space to chat or study or work if you need to. Definitely recommend coming and checking them out

This is a great coffee shop, the food was decent. There is shopping and it's very clean and organized. Download the app for 25% off your 1st purchase. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shops had some fun items and you can shop for awhile before or after you get food and drinks. Turn at commerce to get into the lot. The maps will have you turn early and you can't get to the lot from that entrance.

I have previously reviewed this place as this is my regular coffee shop I go to every day. The people are absolutely wonderful, and i've never had any major issues until now. I always get my drink with oat milk just cause I can't have dairy. Well, I guess they recently changed their oat milk, honestly cheaping it out to regular HEB oat milk (basically weird water) in place of the thicker barista brand oat milk (made for coffees). On top of all this, they've raised their prices at the same time. So you're paying $0.30 more for worse coffee. Again, I have absolutely nothing against the baristas.And they have tried multiple times to try and fix the coffee for me, but whatever they've done with the milk is horrible.

Great food and coffee, but the customer service is highly disappointing. Cold Smoke may want to consider a team meeting or training with their employees on how to treat their customers. We are from out of town and were passing through this morning (6/15) coming home from a wedding weekend in Christoval. I ordered online after reading reviews that there is quite a wait. Which was fine! My husband went in to pick up our order and said he didn’t know where to go for online orders, so hopped in the long line of people at the register. When he got up to the counter, he proceeded to tell the obviously annoyed employee that he had a to-go order. She proceeded to respond with “Well it’s not ready yet and you’re supposed to go to that side of the counter” How was he supposed to know that if this was his first time to be there? He waited about 15 more minutes not knowing that our food had been sitting on the counter. Not one employee asked his name or anything, just left the boxes. He had to ask another employee for help to make sure they were ours. Mind you, this was on Father’s Day too. I don’t think we will return if we’re looking for a breakfast spot in Angelo.

Had breakfast and coffee here while visiting my son at Goodfellow AFB. The baristas were helpful and friendly, very patient. My son had an iced caramel latte and loved it. I had the honey bee and loved it. Breakfast chorizo tacos were amazing. He liked the breakfast bagel. The booths are cozy little things. We will be back the next time I visit.
