My husband went the Dairy Queen on 5225 Sherwood Way in San Angelo Tx to buy some buster bars which they only had 6 usually we purchase the box of 18 . The girl at the counter that helped him was very rude and unprofessional, when she brought the bars to the counter my husband asked if she could put them in a bag since there was 6 bars. She brought the bag and threw it on the counter so he asked if she could bag them and she told him that wasn’t her job . That same girl on a previous visit questioned me if I had paid for my order at the first window. I showed her the receipt and she said I don’t need to see it, I’m like then why question me ? This girl is rude and needs to be replaced with someone with better customer service

I ordered two steak finger dinners with extra gravy for each meal & two banana split blizzards. We did not receive the extra gravy we paid for & both banana splits melted all in my car before we got home plus my child’s slipped right out of her hand & spilt all over the ground as soon as we made it home, went inside & checked our food, no extra gravy but it was on our receipt, plus our fries were soggy & cold. I tried calling after driving through a maze of traffic, the line did not ring, after a minute it beeped at me a few times & the call ended. I’m done, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS DQ LOCATION!

Evening shift window girl who worked today was soo rude. Im a regular customer in the day time . BUT never again will i come at night when the window person has no kind of customer service skills whatsoever. Not only that they served watered down drinks and stale fries. And my total for 2 meals with no extras was $ 26 .00.

WE HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A AWFUL EXPERIENCE AS THIS AT ANY DQ ANYWHERE. WE CAME IN TODAY AT LUNCH AND ORDERED A HUNGERBUSTER AND STEAK FINGERS. WE WAITED WELL OVER 45 MINUTES AND NOTICED THAT A DOZEN OR MORE PEOPLE WHO CAME IN LONG AFTER US GOT THEIR ORDERS WHILE WE STILL WAITED. I ASKED TWICE ABOUT OUR ORDER WAS FINALLY TOLD THAT THEY ONLY HAD ONE VAT. THAT SHOULDN'T HAVE MATTERED. ALSO THERE WERE NO NAPKINS ON MOST TABLES AND NO SOAP IN THE LADIES RESTROOM. IT WAS A VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE AND WE WON'T COME BACK.

Exhausted and hungry from a long roadtrip through West Texas, this DQ hit the spot. Friendly service from all the staff and delicious food prepared fast given it was a busy Saturday evening. BBQ chicken tenders and hot fudge sundae was really good!

so I got a small sundae and I asked for extra hot fudge charge me $1.19 not a big deal not the end of the world but I go to the window. I get my Sunday and I don't see a lot of hot fudge on it so I ask, do you mind if I have a little more hot fudge she told me no he put some in the middle that a manager came out to explain to me look we put some in the middle and I said you know what it's not a big deal just give me my Sunday. I don't know, but another squirt of hot fudge that may cost three cents. Lost a customer that goes there almost every week.

The drive through this lady was so rude , I ordered a box of dilly bar chocolate and I said a BOX when I get to the window she trys to hand over 1 dilly bar and I said I ask for a box and she charged me individually bar paid $15 fir it and then she tells me to pay attention when the repeat the order, Ai said no you should pay attention what I order instead if playing with you coworkers

I told the clerk about needing gluten-free and dairy-free, so no flour shell and no cheese or sour cream. The salad came with cheese. The person who delivered the food got me a new taco salad quickly.
